[TAS replay] Touhou 6 EoSD 1,363,755,110 (Lunatic, ReimuB) by ISM

Not my run. I thought it was worth uploading a TH-cam video of this for people who don't have a Nicovideo account, and don't feel like setting up the cheat to disable the 999,999,990 counterstop that would otherwise occur at 25:00.
Retexture patch used because I didn't feel like reverting it just for one video. Some people might prefer it anyway.

The life requirement is only 200 graze. Not that hard to meet in most patterns on Lunatic.
There is already a TAS of LoLK Extra (www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm27943915 ) but no TAS of the main game yet. I wonder if it's even determined if Reisen or Sanae is better-- I'd suspect Reisen for the giant hitbox from bombing, but then again that hitbox might interfere with TAS phasing through bullets (which relies on being on opposite sides of the bullet in two consecutive frames)...
I suggest you try watching non-TAS Lunatic scoreruns if you enjoy seeing absurdly high graze counts in the main game, though:

For future people: Looks like there is the use of Hourglass for save-states so that Reimu can be in the randomly placed bullet spawns and at least some of this was done frame by frame for that TAS bullet trick that was mentioned. Doesn't look like there's any luck manipulation present though. Probably took the person 6 months?

I'm pretty sure there is luck manipulation, actually. Boss movement in EoSD is random, and if the boss is in the middle it's better for bullet cancels (since the bullets take longer to leave the screen).

And many of the places this TAS uses aren't safespots. There's a TAS trick where you can pass over a bullet if your hitbox is on one side one frame and on the other side the next frame.

It's unknown, but presumably Hourglass was used to have savestates and varying degrees of slowdown.

Tool-assisted superplay. This run was created using savestates and slowdown to create movements that are humanly impossible in real time-- this allows for every frame (1/60 second) to be manually adjusted at the TAS-er's own pace, to optimize grazing etc.
