Thank you for these recipes! I just became a vegan a few months ago, and have been searching for good ways to prepare tofu, so very glad I found your channel. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for this video. Can’t wait to give it a try. I have not been the best at cooking/flavoring tofu. So I’m very excited to start adding tofu to my meals again.
Love your video. I cooked tofu yesterday for the first time in my life and it turned out excellent. My husband warn me that he doesn't like tofu but he loved it yesterday. I did organe tofu and crispy tofu from airfyer. Both were delicious! Thank you for great videos.
The last one is hilarious; leave out the thai chilis, LOL. Thank you guys for your awesome tofu recipes and taste tests. I've loved your site for quite awhile now. 💕 Sending Love to you both, Barb
I am so excited for these!! I can never get my tofu crispy, so I’m excited for that and I especially can’t wait to try the orange one. Also Jasmine, what is that blue mail polish? I love it!
I found your video to be helpful. I have a block of unopened tofu in my fridge that I really want to eat but I didn’t know what to do with it. I only have vegan cream cheese, canola cooking spray, salt, pepper, sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce and packets of ketchup you get at fast food places. I thought about doing a baked bbq tofu but I don’t have any cornstarch like you used to make them crispy.
Thank you for this! My daughter and i make Sweet & Sour tofu over rice. So yummy! I will definitely try these out, maybe with less chili's. Haha! 😊 Can you do a video on different ways to cook or use Soy Curls? 🤔 😊
Thanks for another video Caitlin! One little cool theme you could do for a future similar video is “using the least amount of dishes”. For me, I find it’s not so much time but more what can I make that won’t result in a full sink of dishes! I hope that gives some inspiration!
Here's a great tip...whenever you need to thicken a recipe use the cornstarch/flour with any liquid to replace the water. In these recipes, I would use stock. What makes the difference is the "slurry" won't rob seasonings. If anything, it will be more flavorful. My mouth was watering with each recipe. Yummy!
Nice I needed some ideas how to make tofu since I'm still a noob :) Can you guys do a vegan taste test on vegan dairy free ice creams? I haven't seen anyone do that yet. Thanks for sharing! You're da bomb!
Sooo excited to see this - though might not be able to get vegan hoisin - any alternative I could use? Can you please make seitan next (and obvs more tofu recipes) xxxxxxxx
I am Soy-Free. So I am gonna try all your recipes with Pumfu vs Tofu. (Pumfu is a soy-free Tofu made of pumpkin seeds)! 🙂 You can find it at Whole Foods, etc. Btw, PLEASE do a vid reviewing Pumfu, soon!!
OMG I so want to try the orange tofu!! I remember getting this lemon chicken dish way back when from a local Chinese restaurant. I've never been able to find the sauce. For a short time I could buy pouches of the sauce that was close to it but I can't find that sauce. Every recipe for the sauce I find adds soy sauce or other ingredients that I don't recall this dish tasting like. The one I remember it was almost as if they stirred in lemon curd into the dish. It was sweet and lemony. Not spicy nor salty and very bright yellow like lemon curd. I'm still trying to figure out that sauce, it would be so perfect with your crispy tofu recipe and a great replacement for the chicken I ate way back when.
Another great video SSV. Jasmine & Chris always have awesome recipes and will check out their blog for more inspiration. These tofu recipes 😋. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕❤Chris & Jasmine.
Thank you both for the recipes! Been loving all the videos on tofu. I made the "KFC" recipe in your other video and it was an instant favourite with my meat eating family members!
I can’t wait to try these, the Orange tofu is in my menu for Sunday! Question though, do you use orange juice from a container or from squeezed oranges? Thanks for the amazing recipes!😊
If you really want your recipe to taste fresh I always use freshly squeezed fruits. It's easier to use bottled but you just can't beat anything fresh. Same with spices.
Sisig is goood. Ive had it a hand full of times. Imo it's not super spicy the jalapeños do give it a nice kick but if you like spicy...give it a go definitely w/rice
Hi guys! This is a call for help. Although I'm ok with the taste, I can't stand biting on the spongy texture of tofu (I have the same problem with mushrooms). I have looked for alternative ways to cook it, but it seems like I'm unable to find anything that would help. If you have any knowledge or anything you can pull out of your sleeve, would you please share with us? Thanks! :)
OK so I was all set to make your chicken salad when my partner said. oh I was hoping for something hot. So I said OK get me my computer. And quess what? Your chicken was a huge it. Thanks so much. A great fan.
Aw man all my vegan TH-camrs are starting to use Osea. I haven't seen anyone use it who doesn't have good skin though. I'm thinking of looking into it but also when I have money. ($88 for one of them 😳😭)
Thank you for these recipes! I just became a vegan a few months ago, and have been searching for good ways to prepare tofu, so very glad I found your channel. Keep up the great work!

Omg these recipes look UNREAL. Thank you so much for these recipes. Can’t wait to make these.
These all look great. I do the same thing in my air fryer. It’s a bit faster and healthier as you don’t need any oil.
Thanks for the air fryer info, oil free is a must for my cardiac risk hubby😉
Jasmine! Yay! I’m so glad you’re working with Osea. I am obsessed with their anti-aging body balm - it is SO GOOD 😊
I love this! Would ya'll be willing to try a recipe video dedicated to tempeh? That would be amazing!

Great video with the three options!
Omgoodness these tofu recipes look so delicious and yes I have the fry chick'n recipe from your first tofu recipe video
Yum!! Great video! 😋
How do you thaw out your tofu after freezing? Do you take it out of the package first, drain the water, and then freeze?
Thank you for this video. Can’t wait to give it a try. I have not been the best at cooking/flavoring tofu. So I’m very excited to start adding tofu to my meals again.

Thank you both for the recipes! Been loving all the videos on tofu. I made the "KFC" recipe in your other video and it was an instant favourite with my meat eating family members!
Any tips for preserving and reheating tofu? My leftover tofu is always chewy. Thanks
tofu is my favorite produce
pure vegetable glycerin is amazing for dry skin. Just apply on damp skin and/or add a little water
Great tips, guys!🌿💚
P.S
Black textured sweater great with hair dangling/necklaces
Chris' Sandwiches 😍
Both just keep it up!
I just made the general tso’s tofu! I’ve never had the chicken version either but this is great!

@@lisadebergerwheeler7306 thanks! That’s what I figured but just wanted to be sure😊
you guys are hilarious and fun to watch.. Go tofu!
I've never had Sisig. I love trying new international foods but I am always afraid of the spice level. So I'm so glad to be able to cook.
Sisig is goood. Ive had it a hand full of times. Imo it's not super spicy the jalapeños do give it a nice kick but if you like spicy...give it a go definitely w/rice
Oh man I'm curious about the sisig. It looks goooood.
Could you get calamansi juice from a local asian shop where yall are?
Just in time, it's almost 6:00, tofu in the frig, and had no inspiration. Now I'm trying to decide which recipe to follow.
i'm going through a tofu phase rn , this came at the perfect time
thank you !!!
I do have a hard time getting tofu to be crispy, any suggestions????
What kind of rice do you like to eat? I’m making these tofu dishes…I’m not afraid anymore of tofu from watching you both today. Thankyou
TVP recipes please!
yummy😊
Would you make a video about the hair you have un this video? ❤️
I absolutely loveee the video with all the tofu options, but pleaseee, can you turn down the volume of the mic. when chewing/eating the food ? 😂
😍😍😍
How many thai chili’s did you add?
Simmering the tofu for five or so minutes also draws out the water sounds counter intuitive but it works.
Maybe I live under a rock lol but I didn't know what Osea stood for 🙄 Thanks!

I seem to get the best results with extra firm tofu, much less water
Why do you guys add so much chilli to your food when you can't eat it 😂😂🤣
HER CHOP STICKS ARE TOO CLOSE TO HIS MOUTH AHAHHAHAH
Why are all the sponsored products sooooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive!
I Can't make my Tofu to keep its texture. To keep a square. I have tried. And tried. Can I scream
Hi.you.two.what.bout.packaged.tofu.hot.dogs
i'd like to defend you and say that vegan chicken broth is totally different from veggie broth and i will die on this hill.
First
No thank you, I will try them without the hot peppers
