i am new to content creation and bought the Obsbot Tiny 2 based on the good feedback I am hearing about it. Just used it outdoors and gave me absolutely outstanding photos and videos. Crap that is a GOOOOOOOOOOOD Camera for the Price as someone who just wants to make simple edited Gaming Videos and such from time to time or who may Livestream on Twitch or YT.
I was thinking of going Sony for a 4K one that's $800 but for under $300, this is insanely good value IMO.
I didn't think it would have all those filter options. I actually wouldn't mind a filter to give it a stylization even though I know I could just do that with OBS Studio and some LUT's. Still nice!
I think for an Entry Level DSLR 4K camera, if I found it used, maybe it would be like a hundred cheaper (700) but if I went with a used Tiny Cam, I'm thinking maybe I could end up paying just $250 instead of $300 which is just even more incentive to get it lol.

If the features you want aren't available in 1080p, why not use OBS Studio to 'transocde' the camera down from 4k? The Virtual Webcam function is useful in so many ways.

I’m confused, why was the video quality so bad on the recording? That seems like a major issue? Is it just through their app? If I am using something like OBS or Ecamm will that same issue happen?

Hi! Livestreams for gaming will be fine for this and you can prob even do some live TH-cam videos as well. Just depends on what kind of quality do you want. With this type of system you won’t get a lot of depth of field but resolution is good so just depends on
