Hi Anne! I suffer from Sjogren's and have been enjoying your massage gun reviews and other chronic illness related content. Given my small build and neck issues (like you), I am between the Bob & Brad mini and this Kica one. Gonna see if October's Prime Day II helps me make a decision. Would love to know anything you like for your knees - sneakers? exercise braces?
Hi! I'm so glad you found me! Ok, so I am really torn between the two as well, because they are very different from each other. Bob and Brad is more traditional and works well for bigger muscle groups. If you're looking for something for small groups like your neck area, and if it will be used closer to the bone, I'd probably go with the Kica, since it can be a bit gentler in those areas. The Bob and Brad is also amazing though and I think better for overall full body use. Either way, I think I have disount codes for both, so be sure to use one to get som $$ off!! Let me know what you decide! I don't currently use any braces or anything for my knees, but I did a summer walk-a-thon (275 miles in 2 months!!) and sketchers were the clear winner on my sneakers! I tried it in my new balance, reeboks, and nikes, and finally had to go buy new shoes and it was sketcher for the win! They have a ton of different styles and price points, but I just grabbed mine at TJ Maxx! They are super light weight, very supportive, and have a really comfy insole. I tried on a bunch of different styles but ended up with a specific walking sneaker. Hope this helps!!!
