I started boxing to become mentally strong. It took 5 years to reach my peak to become confident and mentally tough.

Oh my god i was so wrong..my daughter is in karate training now and one time i ask my daughter why i saw her accepting the kick of her opponent and my daughter told me that she did that to check if she can handle the kick of her opponent and i told her dont let her punch you i did not pay your training just to be kick or hurt by your opponent 😂
