- Hey folks! In today’s video we’re back with more of the intentionally unbalanced Cryptid Mod for Balatro. This time, we’re trying out the recently added Negative Deck which makes all cards, including playing cards, Negative for yet another absolutely chaotic scenario. Enjoy the video!

@@alexisroux2448 they do yes, but this deck is very broken if you pick up things like trading card and the "every discard is first discard" or mail in rebate like in the vid

I never usually comment something like this, but I have actual tears on my face from that ending dude…The absurdity of the pause, the sarcasm, chat being chat, it was perfect
The error card does like, random weird stuff. The first time I got it, I immediately sold it, and selling it *duplicated every single one of my jokers*.

Over the Deck (Just below where it is), maybe? Idk.
@@LinksYTLink | then it blocks information about how many cards a left in the deck. If positioned to only cover the deck, with only the numbers below the webcam, it would look awkward.
My point is there is nowhere 100% satisfactory to place the webcam when streaming Balatro and OP’s criticism isn’t constructive

Okay, but I'd still rather be able to see the descriptions of Consumables that I've never seen before that he immediately just says "Nope" and sells, rather than worry about the Webcam Position looking a little awkward because there's some Numbers and a Small Gap beneath it.
For too long I read "facecam" as "face" and was trying to figure out what on earth this insult meant

All those jokers and he didn't even make it past 8 boss blinds... Just goes to show that even experience can't always beat luck at Balatro.

In all honesty, this deck seems way too overwhelming for most people to care anyways. I doubt he even has the capacity to think about that when he gets all of his cards every round
Generally, you'd be right, but there's so much nonsense in this mod that optimizations like that don't really impact play much lol
Seeing one of my sprites actually in game gives me a type of happiness I have not experienced before

Dunno if you'll see or read this but something that I've found when dealing with modded hands like this where you draw your entire hand is that it helps to click the bottom of the card when trying to select multiple cards near each other. The card in front will move up and you'll be able to select the card behind it
this is why the mark is the scariest boss blind for any balatro player
Canvas is incredibly broken. You got 90 cryptids. so thats like 90 retriggers of perkeo?
Which also means like 90 triggers of mime, and 90 triggers of DNA? Except you have 2 mimes and 2 DNAs.
So total steel kings in hand: 10 (about the initial amount) + 180 (cryptids) + 180 (double DNA) = 370.
Each steel king gives (1.5^90)^2 mult. (I think your blueprints are still on perkeo, so it could be mpre insane still.
So total score is 370 * 1.5^180.
With plasma on top of that is an x^2/4, so (370*1.5^180)^2/4, which is 34000 * 1.5^360, which is 8e67? That doesnt seem right at all.
Maybe its all the retriggers of googol for massive score?
50% chance for xe100 mult, 90 times, is xe4500?
I wouldve thought youd be into the double e territory. maybe that needs a baron though?

If you have balatro and go to the info section around enhancement it will show you card with all the different ones including negative

i believe in normal gameplay it is impossible to get negative playing cards.... but good thing cryptid mod is nowhere near being regular gameplay

Most of them are pretty unbalanced to the point where bade game decks suck but the modded decks make it too easy, but it would be a funny video

mannnn when you have access to infinite space and never have to worry about any bad draws, all you want to do is go for red seal steel king stuff again ? you never pick it, but the Hack joker seems to really suit your build :P its getting stale lmao
tbh with literally infinite hand space baron mime strat is the one that uses the infinite hand space best
