The Only Downside with the Sleeve-It is WHY didn't they make it 3 Spools Wide so you can load it up with G/Y , Blue, Brown which seems Logical To Me
So you have to buy three... Logically they make more money
Admittedly don't have to use blue on much except extractor fans, but it would be nice if they made it a large earth drum and then two slimmer ones for brown and blue. The price is insanity though, not to mention that I'm totally switching to earthsure for my next job.

I thought to say to you that I an going to college soon and I need a toolbar so this has come up at the right time, hopefully I win!
Whatever you do, don't get in the thinking that there's something "wrong" with you that must be fixed - ultimately you've built a business of your own that supports your family, you've got kids who we've seen every so often and seem great - don't knock what you've achieved or where you've got to in life. You never know, it might be a decision that you made because of your character traits, not in spite of it! - Don't dwell on the path not taken.
If you feel that ADHD is holding you back in someway, and it's something you want to address, then crack on. But don't do it because you feel "wrong" compared to another person - or another person thinks you're not right in some way - we are all unique and we all have our own differences - it's what makes us who we are and what makes humans interesting.
I’d HIGHLY recommend staying far away from ADHD medications. Risky business. I’ve been down that road, the grass isn’t always greener.
Loving the varied content recently, my favourite video has got to be the rewire price breakdown. Very few people talk about cost so openly, and as a developing apprentice it's a great resource for me. Keep it up Nick!
hello nick, I am a apprentice electrician just starting out I have just finished school. I started work about 2 months ago. My favourite video has to be the pricing videos because it gives me a rough idea about what I should charge and also profit in the future. The backpack would really help me I don't currently have a tool bag/ box I just stuff my pockets with various hand tools. I love the videos nick it helps me with a greater understanding of like tips and tricks of how to do tough jobs I find the hardest thing for me right now is chasseing because I either go too far or too short. Also I don't have a torch I have to use my phone when going into attics or dark places and it doesn't help because sometimes you need about 5 hands for one job. I would love to have a chat with you even if I don't win. I have loved your content for about 2 years now you have inspired me to continue with becoming an electrician.
I really enjoy watching your pricing and price breakdown videos. They give us more of a sense of how much things cost in reality. It’s also really good to see how other people do it as you can learn from it and then alter how you do it for yourself if you want to.

I liked the solar van video (Can You Make your Van Off Grid Using Solar Domestic Panels?). It is great to see you exploring the limits of solar. Much better content than other youtubers that just put them on buildings every time!
I love the pricing videos, they not only help me gauge where I should be pricing but they give people a guide so not to get ripped off by a cowboy!
definatly like the videos (plural) of the recent rewire youve done on your own..
this is due to you showing various methods in overcoming obstacles.

My favourite video this year is the old lady and the fridge video made me chuckle thinking about stuff old people ask you to do when working in their houses and the phone calls you get from them also.

Connecting OFF Grid - Anker SOLIX F3800 is one of my favourite recent video, battery storage and different setups are of interest
I like a load of them but one that stood out at me when I looked back was 'This was terrifying' Vid. The one where you called the DNO due to a massive overvoltage. Liked it because sometimes we're thrown a curveball and we have to have a difficult conversation with customer's about stuff that we didn't create.
Like all the videos Nick, as an estimator for a BMS installer I wish I’d done a trade and been a spark so watching you is a good insight. The weekly vlog types are good through as they show a good mix of all sorts across your day to day stuff.
favourite vid was the fire damaged offices, shows how its not all clean work but very varied, liked the variation between the nice chunky armoured and the final circuits.
My favourite recently was the matt black fuse board, I have a touch of ADD myself and customising kit to suit me and the surroundings tick a lot of boxes for me. Keep pushing forward mate, we love the content.

Love the whole house rewire series at the moment but also your detailed videos explaining how you price rewires etc.

My favorite vid so far has got to be the price breakdown’s to be honest love your transparency with them not many people would be as transparent as you and the going in depth is nice to see and a good learning tool for people and got to say nice to see you with Milwaukee now seeing your vids with the m12 made me buy them and they are very compact and powerful for their size keep up the good work

Coopers can supply you with a dry mixed recyclables bin, so you could recycle your cardboard, paper and shrink wrap! you would probably only need a smaller "main" bin then, and may be cheaper!
The solar power videos are the best, love the new tech and watching you work through the learning and installing process.

loved the videos as a domestic spark in an industrial setting. I'd just done some industrial stuff myself after only ever doing domestic so it was nice seeing someone else experience the madness of it!
favourite video is is painting the fuse board black, I love customizing things, everything I own has some form of modification just to make it my own, loving the video's and really tempting me to become a spark I just carnt sit down in a class room to learn I can only learn on the job

I like the video (although been a few) of van fitting out from 3ish years ago. Great to see different ideas of van layouts. Mine is just a skip with a roof 🤪
That sleevit is pretty cool, the unit price is absolutely fine, but the refill sounds about double what it should be; still very nice to see an idea come to life!
I liked the scrap yard video because it shows don’t just stick to one yard because you can make more money if you go around and find one with the higher prices
So my most recent video had to be the rewrite video I’m not massively electrical heavy in my job but getting more into it .having my own house in the near future seeing you do it and talk about why and how gives me more of an idea on what I can safely do and correctly do to either help the electrical out and cut my costs down but what I could achieve my self loved all do your content I find it quite refreshing compared to some other electrical TH-camrs.
Been a fan of your EV charging vids, it's cool seeing you diversify (along with other Mitch jobs, solar, etc.) 😁🙌 You can tell how much you're enjoying making vids atm 🎉

My favourite video as the latest Adam's mum one .... oh that's for members only sorry. I did enjoy the re-wire in the new house with cool customer. Nice hints and tips, and cable pulling tips is very useful to me as I do the grunt work / network cables in my house etc.
I think this has to be my favourite video purely on the basis that your honesty about ADHD. I have always got bored so easily and when i was about 3 or 4 was diagnosed as possibly having ADHD. I'm also a dvd horder. When it comes to doing things i just can not get the momentum to do it.

You do great videos! Keep up the good work! The ones I enjoy the most are probably every video you do for/with Velocity Pro Gear stuff. It's one of my all times favourite brands. Especially the "Make your own tool bag!" video for the NB-100 made me order it at the spot!

As an adult trainee I think my favourite video of yours in the last year is the rewire as it shows day to day issues I can expect and how you deal with them. Plus I like the filming while driving, it reminds me of Daniel from Ashville
The video ive enjoyed the most (which is difficult to choose) but is the Massive Milwaukee M18 - M12 Haul - Packout, its the one ive enjoyed the most because i love tools and i am slowly building up my milwaukee gear now aswell.
my fave recently was 'Crazy Cable - Did I Mess It Up? Full Install' never seen it before either was interesting to see!
Many great video's As a DIY'er i like to watch and learn - I do like the fuse box instal's with all the cable loops being perfect brilliant for my ocd

Like all your pricing videos to be honest. Just lets clients know the general coatings of things. Have some many clients thinking they are paying £70 for a socket front plate and obviously not the case. Also like any references to Adam’s mum. Always cracks me up great bit of banter. Plus I like the driving and talking 😂. Keep it up bud 👍🏻

My favourite video is the latest one of the rewire, as an apprentice watching a professional workman craft his art doesn’t just chill me out while watching I take what I have lernt from you and take it with me on my day to day job the best one I’ve lernt is regarding the getting the cables behind tiles without cracking and smashing them I did it eventually it cost me about £70 in tiles but I managed to get the hand of it at the end, love all your videos Nick thank you for all your videos

My favourite video of the year was watching you do the conduit work with Mitch. I only used to do surface mount work due to where I worked. During Lockdown started watching you and learning about domestic, so it was great seeing you getting stuck into the work I used to do. (Now work at a housing association). Anker SOLIX C1000 Portable Power Station, nice to see a really review on good portable power station. I was all ready looking but I ended up buying one for fireworks ( I’m a professional firework operator) most times we are somewhere where we have not power. But since buying the power station we can charge the systems and make brews on site 🙏 keep up the good videos and ignore the hates about u videoing and driving

Hi Nick, love all the videos but espescially - Connecting OFF Grid - Anker SOLIX F3800 - as have invested in Anker myself and I am working on using it (plus some other lead/acid batteries) to make my workshop offgrid with Solar on the roof.
Loved all your videos to be honest you teaching adam inspired me to retrain as an electrician, put some money away and finally got enough to do my 2365 lvl 2, 18th edition and 2392 and passed all three with distinction this week. Loving the recent rewire and seeing the difference of you working by yourself to working with adam. Ignore the haters, I have also been diagnosed with ADHD this year and trying figure out my coping mechanisms
