The fun fact about this proto Linndrums or Fairlight name Wendel, it was made as a prototype 1978 because of Steely Dan want perfect timing and accurate sound of drums for there new album and Roger Nichols took the time to build this because they have the budget to afford it and want ( a fucking machine that make it perfect and in time...), they where control freak, but honestly the live drummer they add was top notch Steve Gadd, Benard Purdie even Jeff Porcaro work on there track but they are not robots that can play straight, so the song ( hey nineteen) was recorded with this thing that's crazy !
