The problem with the communities you mention Suwanee, East Cobb and Alpharetta , is property prices. Sure, if you're coming from California an half a million to a million dollar may not sound much, but you can get the same quality of living in communities like Grayson, parts of Lawrencville, (Brookwood school district) and Snellville. Property prices are much more reasonable there.
Any thoughts on Kennesaw?
Hey bro! Yeah, Kennesaw is great! Very good schools, great neighborhoods, and lots of community. I actually have a few videos about Kennesaw!
You got Cumming, Alpharetta, Roswell, and Duluth and skipped Johns Creek, which is arguably superior to all three. All I can guess is perhaps home values are too high there and it doesn’t have its own town center though Avalon, Halcyon, Duluth and Suwanee are barely 10 minutes in any direction
What do you think about Summerville ?
Summerville is a tiny town in the rural Ga with like 5000 people. It’s WAY out there

Absolutely! I like Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Newnan.
I’m coming from Chicago I’m an artist and i have a son and i want to live where it’s safe and my child can get an education and be surrounded in diversity but I can also have my life where I can go do my own thing where is a place for us to go ?

Marietta > Alpharetta? No way. Biased.
Haha maybe! But the reason I picked Marietta is because the cost of living is much higher in Alpharetta. You can get way more home for your money in Marietta than you can in Alpharetta.

What do you think about Peachtree City? We were in alpharatta for vacation and felt in love with PC
Peachtree City is awesome! Definitely one of the best cities around Atlanta. There are a bunch of golf cart paths throughout the commercial areas and neighborhoods around Peachtree parkway, so many people get around on golf carts. Also, at the intersection of Hwy 54 and Hwy 74 is the main shopping area, lots of restaurants and shopping there. Overall, the city is beautiful and the sense of community there is great!
The City of Decatur has the best schools in the state
For crime. Sure.😂
Suwanee has a large Asian population so no this video is not just catering to white people.
