Loved all suggestions. On another note I will add what you should wear coming from an infectious disease medical background.
Closed toed shoes with sock, nylons. Airplane seats are given a quick vacuum and not routinely cleaned.
Long pants. No shorts or short dresses. You do not know what sat in that seat before you. (Ie dirty diapers, urinary incontinence, menstrual accidents, gastrointestinal upsets. etc etc)
Stay out of the back seat pocket. Do not put anything in or take out ie magazines. ( this area is usually filled with dirty diapers and used napkins removed by attendants after each flight.
Bring your own shawl or blanket to cover self and back of your seat (head lice)
Wear a clean outfit on your return flight.
Not here to scare anyone, just sharing educational information that we usually don’t think about. Be safe in your travels.

Nice wrinkle-free fabric not cheap but not really expensive. Frank and Eileen are ridiculously expensive for the average American women who fly coach. Other TH-cam influencers are also pushing Frank and Eileen. I suspect they sponsor you. That is all well and good but not at all realistic for your viewers. For safety reasons, you should wear shoes that you can run in and that will stay on your feet if you have to run away from the plane in the event of a crash. Also, your clothing should be natural fibers because synthetic fibers will melt onto your skin when exposed to extreme heat or flames.

I had to go to an Urgent Care. I will never wear new shoes again. I will wear sneakers with socks, it’s so important to wear very comfortable shoes, walking through airports is hard on your feel.

Just came back from a European trip and this is what worked for me: compression socks, tennies, linen trousers by Athleta, performance wool t-shirt, cotton sweater ( it was cool In Amsterdam that week) and performance-wear wool panties. All were so breathable and moisture wicking, which as a 62-yr-old is necessary for me. And for the first time ever, I didn’t have any coffee that day or on the flight and no alcohol because they are so dehydrating. I drank a lot of water! Flights were 13 hrs total and I felt great afterwards ( no bathroom issues either!).

When traveling, you should consider what could happen in the unlikely event of an emergency. Shoes, such as sneakers, that will stay on your feet. You’ll run faster, and they will protect your feet in the event of broken glass or other items on the ground. Clothing should be cotton. Many blends will stick to your skin in the event of fire. I realize that a catastrophic event is rare, but I heard a NTSB investigator make this suggestion so I follow them when I fly.

My summer travel oufit: black flowy bamboo trousers with an adjustable elasticated waistband, a black bamboo loose-fitting tee, a white cotton long-sleeved shirt as a breathable layering piece, a large cashmere wrap, compression socks that, obviously, cover my ankles, and sneakers (white or black). In the winter, a similar outfit, but with leggings or tights underneath the trousers, a tee, a long-sleeved sweater or cardigan, the cashmere wrap, and a warm coat (hat and mittens too).

For ladies with long hair. Loose hair will matt badly after several hours between the seat and your back. Tie it up, but avoid making a knot or pony at the back. Unless it fits exactly into the nape of your neck it will poke your head forward and make your head loll to one side or the other. A neck tension migraine is not what you want! I part my hair down the back and put it in two plaits . I may look about 7 years old but I can travel comfortably.

I love wearing a shapely, but comfy, cotton-knit midi dress when I travel, and slip-on woven leather sneakers. I carry a pair of knee-high socks and a cotton-knit blazer for if I get cold. My accessories are just a silk neck-scarf and some simple stud earrings that won’t bother me when I nap or get snagged. I’m not comfortable in trousers and don’t want to wear a short skirt that I have to pull down or worry about. Also, a maxi dress could drag on the restroom floor, the last thing I want. Usually I wear navy, but taupe or also white work fine. I’ve never had a clothing spill or spot on a plane, but I’ve never been in bad turbulence, either, except once when crossing the Cascades in a little 9-seater plane.

The best advice I read is to wear clothes that you can move in. Sturdy foot wear and clothes that fit close to the body. In case of an emergency and you have to emergency exit the plane, you don't want shoes that might fall off, or clothes that will snag. Not a pretty thought, but it happens.

Black rib knit rayon knit top and black merino cardigan. Dressy black elastic waist yoga pants (bloating issues on long flights), supportive somewhat dressy runners in black leather for running to catch tight connections, thin black merino socks.
For colour- my pink & black print silk scarf and a pink cashmere shawl scarf (doubles as a blanket or pillow).
Black Baggalini crossbody purse which goes into my black Longchamps le Pliage bigger bag and black sunglasses. My Apple Watch & favourite pearl stud earrings complete the look.
Everything breathes, stretches and coordinates. I can strip down or layer up as needed.
Inside my larger Longchamps bag - a tiny folding umbrella in a vivid bright colour so anyone meeting me can see me in a crowd plus it protects from rain and sunshine. Right now it’s red but I am looking for a hot pink version.

And the last time I was on a plane the person behind me waited till the door was closed to pull out her perfume and spray it in the air. Needless to say I had a massive allergic reaction. The pilot had to hold the flight for about 20 minutes to make sure I was ok. That was 10 years ago.

Most people do not understand how toxic fragrances are. Back in the 80's, I really struggled with perfumes that people close to me at work started wearing, and these fragrances made me sick. I had to have my desk moved. I started to do some research and what I found out was that any product that has the word "fragrance" in it means that there are a ton of chemicals in the product. I also found out that chemists discovered that if you put "phalates (sp?) into perfumes, it makes it last longer. The problem with that is that "phalates" are neurotoxins which are really bad for humans. Also, the fragrance industry is not covered, protected, or regulated by our government. I think they need to make fragrances and/or perfumes against the law in any confined places like work or an airplane.

I take short footie socks to slip on over mine to walk on public floors, then slip them in a baggie to save for return flight.
Men's cologne smells stronger than women's. I carry a respirator mask that I put on as soon as I sit in my seat. I tell the people beside me and stewards ", this is for allergies.i am allergic to all this cologne". They relax and I breathe like a dream until plane lands.i also never take Ny food or drink from anyone. Airline personnel dont wash their hands between giving drinks and gathering used cups/trash. Think about that.
