- THE BEATLES were one of the most popular music bands in 1960's throughout the world. BEATLES visited Rishikesh in 1968 for meditation.
BEATLES came here to learn transcendental meditation at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Ashram.
The Beatles first met Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in London (1967).
You will have good vibration there. This place was well organised now and there were beautiful paintings on the wall all around.
Entry fee : ₹ 150 for Indians and ₹ 600 for foreigners.

1967 mai Beatles, ki sgt. peppers album unki sabse successful thi., 68 mai unko kuch Naya try karna tha isiliye india aaye and white album ke most songs idhar likhey.

1. Beatles never made a flop record. Never. They are actually the most commercially successful band of all time.
2. They visited India in 60s(1968) not 70s.
