We Thai also really miss tourists. I study at a university that is surrounded by famous tourist attractions like Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Khaosan Road etc. Whenever I went to the uni, I’d have a chance to chit-chat with tourists almost every day from the bus stop at Don Mueang Airport to their destinations around my uni🥺 Now things have changed, and it’s so sad that I might graduate before having a chance to experience those heart-warming moments again. Been there with my mum Went to a hotel (forgot the name) that was around £45 a night There was a beautiful swimming pool An amazing spa Even shops implanted into the bottom of the hotel It’s so great and amazing Though it was sad we couldn’t stay there long My mum went to Tak (In thailand) and we got kfc I thought it was a road trip around the country but instead we were staying in the country side for the whole month. Bad WiFi Far from the supermarket All I had was a few of my Lego collections I hadn’t built yet I went and built those and got really bored KFC was great there I had popcorn chicken, chicken nuggets and fries there (I’m from the UK not America) Great city Bad countryside I saw child labour I saw poverty Kids loved playing with me and I finally figured out why They were trying to get out of working because they’ve worked for hours non stop I played with them for a few hours before their parents said for them to come back Like I said Good city Bad countryside

as a tourist, yes I agree that Thailand is one of a recommended country to visit but as Thai citizens it's not that good. we literally have the military government ((with fake democracy)) and the royal family that wasted a lot off our taxes

I remember when I visited Bangkok as a kid and this woman helped us in a crisis and my family started seeing her more often during our time there. All I remember about her is how I was so fond of her I cried in public while parting with her. I don't really remember 'her' but I am sure she was a nice person.

Thailand is a real nice country. Me and my family went there back at 2019. The people were so nice. And we went there again last year on January. When we went there covid started. It was a great experience though. Love that country and Tom yam.

As a thai people I’ll say that som-tam from the street food taste better than restaurant because street food sell thai people not a tourist (and it also is cheaper about 1.5 us dollar ). Once i have been to restaurant in bangkok and it taste so bad it is so tasteless thai food suppose to be very tasty so if u guys come to thailand pls try our street food . :D
