After passing the pine forest we continue along the wide sidewalk bordered on one side by the cycle path and on the other by a green lawn, restaurants, children's play areas, a Calisthenics & Street Workout park. All with just a few steps from the sea.

Our walks start from the wonderful pine forest next to the beach and from the sea, which in summer allows us to cool off from the heat and scorching sun. Its tranquility allows us to peacefully read a good book or enjoy an ice cream sitting on the benches.

In the area of Porto Sant'Elpidio there are many historic villas, some of which can be visited because they belong to the municipality. The nineteenth-century Villa Pesci, Villa Maroni Corva, Villa Murri (municipal), Villa Trevisani; Villa Rutigliano or ex Monti surrounded by a luxuriant 18th century park, Villa Bezzi and still from the same century Villa Baruchello or Paradiso (municipal) enriched by a beautiful garden and wood; the seventeenth-century Villa Maggiore or Il Castellano.
