Just ordered mine from you today. Can't wait for it to get here! I already have a couple of jobs lined up for it. Today is Dec-21-2021 for anyone watching this and looking to get one asap. Excellent Supply was the only place I found that had one in stock ready to ship. Everyone else said mid to late Jan to ship out. Thank you guys so much!
Hey Tony, Thank you for the kind words and for your purchase too. We've been over-ordering, to the extent possible, to keep machines in the pipeline. We've been placing larger than normal orders in advance to try to work through the supply bottlenecks. Enjoy your new Vibe! We'll be here to support you each step of the way. 🙂
I think thats really great you guys are adding that solution valve presale! That was a modification I kinda landed at myself, and picked up a valve and put it in. Often feel like I lay a bit more solution down than I’d like on certain floors. 🙌🙌 I feel so validated right now🤣
The solution limiter valve has been a popular upgrade that we provide for the Vibe's that we sell at Excellent Supply. It a nice feature to be able to dial in the exact amount of solution you want to work with.
I receive my vibe at the beginning of April 2022 and I'm very satisfied with this product. I reduced my R T U product usage at 2 properties by 5 gallons each. Previous I was using a C R B . Also the time at the job is less. PARADISE CARPET CLEANING San Jose Calif. Vincent Swerkes
Most spots in the carpet can normally be removed by just spending a little extra time scrubbing with the Vibe. That alone will wipe out the majority of spots in a carpet. If there's an especially challenging stain we also have a multi-purpose spot remover "Encap-Spot", and specialty spot removers from CTI.
Thanks for the feedback. In the studio, I use a Shure VP83 shotgun mic. When doing a live shoot I wear a lav mic with a battery pack. And when doing sound work at the computer I use a Yeti.
Both methods are very popular. Many cleaners will simply use FiberPlus pads to perform straight encap cleaning with an orbital scrubber. However, the majority use bonnet;, enabling them to clean with TWO modes of cleaning... 1. bonnet/absorption, and 2. encapsulation.
Totally different machines. The Sprayborg folds up, has removable jugs for solution, is heavier, and costs more. The Vibe, doesn't have those features, has an onboard tank, looks sleeker, less expensive.
Rick- Is it possible to add stabilized CLO2 powder to Encap Punch in a one-step approach to address odor issues without disrupting the encap properties?
Hi Andy, I'd love to say sure - go for it. But in fact, we haven't tested chlorine dioxide with any of the Releasit products. So I can't really give you a definite answer. My first thought is that it may mess up the encapsulation properties. But like I said, we've never tested it so I don't know for sure.
Hey mate, I'm 6'4 and wondering how this machine goes for tall guys? I notice you're leaning forward a bit while using this, which im trying to avoid because my 200rpm rotary absolutely DESTROYS my back. I love these Orbots but I can't afford one to then find out its no good for me. Cheers.
The handle can be raised or lowered. I tend to like a handle to be a bit lower than some guys, it's just personal preference. Unlike a rotary, the height of the handle is all about whatever the user is comfortable with / it has no bearing on how the machine operates. By comparison, rotary machine is dependent on balance of the machine. And yes, a rotary will wear on your back, as well as your right hip, and your shoulders. Whereas the Orbot just pushes forward in a straight line, with no side-to-side torque - like pushing a lawnmower. Very easy on the body! So to get to your question directly; you'll be comfortable, even if you're over 6 feet tall.
@@EncapTV Okay great. I typically HWE but I refuse to clean carpets without agitation, however my agitation machine causes me so much grief that I don't know what to do. I think if I had an orbot I would move to predominantly VLM or encap because I am sick of dealing with the portable in small spaces
I feel your pain. There’s a lot of guys like you right now. It’s becoming more and more common to see the benefits of low moisture cleaning compared to HWE.
Thanks so much for the advice. I think in the next few months I'm definitely going to make the switch. Just out of curiosity though, chemistry wise in the VLM world, how do you get great results compred to HWE? Even with my rotary, I've always found my encap game very weak compared to portable. I think because most products start at around an 8 pH whereas when I use the portable I can obviously crank it up to 11-12. Are there encap/VLM products that are high pH I can buy that will shred through most stains? And how do spotters work are there crystallising protein and citrus solvents etc? I feel like the only thing keeping me stuck on HWE is that with HWE I'm really competent at getting a tonne of stains out, and with VLM I'm rubbish at it. @@EncapTV
I'm 6'7" and have been using Orbots for about 16 years. The sprayborg with the forward palm handles and adjustable height is hands down the most comfortable machine to use. I much prefer working with the Orbot vs wanding with a truckmount. (And I have been cleaning carpets since 1999)
The Orbot bearing assembly is currently in stock. Here is a link. www.excellent-supply.com/products/hos-bearing-assembly-3026-20?_pos=3&_sid=c5a438351&_ss=r
Thanks Beluel. We've heard many good things about the Trinity OP machines. But keep in mind, they cost anywhere from $1,000 more... all the way up to twice as much as the Orbot Vibe, depending on which model you go with. The Vibe performs so well, it can be hard to justify the added cost.
Yes, Orbot initiated a recent price increase. Their advertised price threshold went up substantially. However, at Excellent Supply we offer $400 worth of free stuff with an Orbot purchase. And we’re also currently offering a special sale using this coupon code at checkout: ESVIBE. We’re trying to do what we can to help make the machine approachable.

Awesome! I agree that the orbital cleaning method will normally reduce product usage. Glad to hear you're enjoying your Vibe! It's an awesome machine.
😮Great Presentation 👍
Thank you Carl
How dou you take care of stains with this machine.

Awesome video. What Mic do you wear ? You’re crystal clear when you’re speaking in your videos.
Thanks for the feedback. In the studio, I use a Shure VP83 shotgun mic. When doing a live shoot I wear a lav mic with a battery pack. And when doing sound work at the computer I use a Yeti.
I have a sprayborg and typically use the scrubber pads when doing encapsulation on commercial glue down.
Do you recommend the bonnet over that?
Both methods are very popular. Many cleaners will simply use FiberPlus pads to perform straight encap cleaning with an orbital scrubber. However, the majority use bonnet;, enabling them to clean with TWO modes of cleaning... 1. bonnet/absorption, and 2. encapsulation.
Love this machine have wanted one for many many years.
It really is an awesome Orbital machine. Glad you're enjoying!
Hi what is the difference between the Orbot sprayborg and Orbot Vibe ?
Totally different machines. The Sprayborg folds up, has removable jugs for solution, is heavier, and costs more. The Vibe, doesn't have those features, has an onboard tank, looks sleeker, less expensive.
What pad do you recommend for berber or short shag carpet ( or is there a multi purpose pad available?
For Berber use the Microfiber Scrub bonnet. For short shag use the Microfiber Glide. The TNT bonnet is also a good all 'rounder.
encap solution is low PH?
Normally pH of 8-9 / so a just little above neutral.
Awesome video, Where can I order a valve from for mines
Here's a link to the valve... www.excellent-supply.com/products/orbot-vibe-inline-ball-valve

@@EncapTV I might try it to save a step when remediating urine/odor

I usually use a truckmount but got a crb couple years ago
Cool! I hope the CRB can open the door to help you expand into doing more encap cleaning.
Great video, I got a Vibe and works very good, thanks for sharing.
Awesome, thank you!
Glad you're liking you Vibe!
What pads can you use on loop pile wool carpet?
I'd recommend microfiber. Microfiber won't pull at the fiber like other material. And it cleans very well.
@@EncapTV thank you
