This is also coming after Pastor Blessed Uzochika of the Water Brook Church, not too long ago, introduced the Gospel singer as just a sister to him.
Mercy Chinwo, known for her popular worship song, “excess love”, shared the fantastic news of her engament via Instagram on June 23 2022, with beautiful photos of their pre-wedding shoots. It appears the bride-to-be is not the only one excited about the next chapter of her life, but also the groom-to-be who took to his Instagram page to announce the shocking but heartwarming news of wedding bells. Sharing a verse from the Holy Bible, Pastor Blessed stated that he is the man that the Lord showed Mercy before thanking the singer for saying yes to his proposal.
It’s no secret that since Mercy Chinwo made a comeback into the gospel music scene in 2018, the question of when she will be getting married has been lingering in the air. On social media, however, a popular online evangelist never hesitates to tell the 31-year-old talented gospel minister to stop dressing seductively with flawless makeup and tightfitting outfits if she wants to attract an excellent Christian brother for marriage. I join the hosts of Heaven to celebrate with Mercy. I believe it's God ordained for a young woman like her to have kept the Faith in these days and age when her mates would have thrown in the towel.
Talking about her dressing we should not forget that it is not in the dressing especially for this generation. If you want to win them over, do not castigate or come to them with Condemnation and outright judgement or else you lose them. By the way I don't think I have seen Mercy with indecent dressing except maybe she does it behind close doors.
