No where near always. As someone who spent the past 2 weeks listening to every video on this channel. The majority are still men, but it's near 40% of the time that woman is in charge.
But research has shown that in any type of media, if women speak more then 30% of the words or take up more then 30% of any type of role or number compared to men.
Then, the male audience will feel like the woman is the majority.
Which is why in most movies and so on. They keep women compared to men under 30%. Otherwise, males will dislike it.
This is found in all walks of life.
In conversations, in business, and everything else. If women cross the 30% threshold. Males will shut down and believe the woman outnumber them.
