Because it needs more optimisation and it will get good after 1-2 minor or major software updates and remember a15 5g was worse when it was launched but got good after 1-2 software updates

As far as I know A16 also EIS and A15 5g is comes with EIS too,I have A15 so I know it's EIS!👍
