i really enjoy when u guys do ball reviews chris always makes sure to give ya best info and makes sure it is right info like when he checked the box and he really goes in to detail and the videos don't feel rushed at all witch is what i think makes the videos the best or some of the best reviews to watch . thanks and happy new years everyone.
Would you please share the layout (2LS numbers) that was used and why that layout was chosen? The Pin to COG seemed awfully long so I'm curious as to the intent. I'm one of those senior 2 handers with low ball speed and high revs who can't keep reactive on the right side and have resorted to plastic. Great video guys!
Hey mate! I used to have a high rev/low speed issue as well and what worked for me was a 2x6x5 2LS layout (can be found on Storm's 2LS guide) on a few mid-strength balls such as the Arctic Vibe, Black Venom and Storm Journey. It helped me land in the pocket more consistently ever since with very little risk of crossing over. Give it a try! :)
Hey Chris, where did you get the 2025 patterns from? Do they only send them out to the national tour pros? When you login to the website, the newest patterns are the 2023 patterns in the pattern library. Can you hmu and lmk?
Question for you guys. Would you recommend having a stronger drilled one and a weaker drilled one. I bowl sport shot tournaments and have been thinking i should probably go that route.
Chris, I have to ask solely because I have a Tour Dynamic and it was not exactly what I thought it would be... how does the Level compare? PS. both you and Mikey can chime in
I love you guys and storm but cmon, clearly they are copying other companies ie. Urethane shape but not urethane "NU". Hammer are genius marketers because now everyone who says a ball is not urethane is promoting hammer
.... Okay? You realize that all bowling ball companies copy each other, right? If a company comes out with a genius idea, you can bet that one or more companies will either take the idea and name it something else, or create something that's comparable. That's called healthy competition. All the companies push each other to be the best they can be so their bowlers can have as much success as possible.
It’s definitely not a NU type of ball. This cover is supposed to apparently absorb oil faster than any other cover. NU doesn’t have that. Also I think the NU is more responsive to friction. This is way smoother.
I bowled on Route 66 in rural Missouri in this little house called Luigi’s many moons ago. Those were the days of rubber balls
I believe he is referring to Route 66 as an oil pattern
All I know is I love the channel and all the reviews from yall. Thanks! Go storm

Obtw Happy New Year TVBowlingSupply Crew!
Happy New Year Chris & Mike! 🎉
Christopher Via’s body is a wonderland
Found Randy Pedersen's alt account.
what layout did you end up using for the level?
Is it only me but the LEVEL is giving off Pro-Motion vibes??
What was that layout you put on the level? Looked a little different.
What layout did you use on the Level? Love your content!
what layout was being used?

@@amusingfollower Thanks for the tip! I do have a Black Venom so I might plug it and give that layout a try!!!

The league I bowl in uses a 46-foot house shot pattern (10-1 ratio). I guess the Level wouldn't be ideal for that, right?
@12:11 INTESNSE ??? 😂
Chris via I’m a big fan of yours ❤❤❤

My first thoughts when I saw the ball motion was, this is a SPEC rebranding lol
Bring back the Storm Natural.
Just realized that Chris kinda sounds like JerryRigEverything at the last minute of this vid 😅
But does it go SIDEWAYS when polished or turn into a spare ball 🤔
How about for Lefties?
So its ....Not Urethane...or shortened to...NU. If only someone had come up with that name first :P
These balls are simply just entry level balls at high end prices. This ball should be the same price point as the Pitch Black at $130, yet it's $190.
Does Chris Via respond ?
How good can it be if Mr. Via didn't 9 pin ?
Wanna know who will get the most out of this ball?? LEFTIES. We need this kind of piece and don't get them very often.

Well good for them! They didn’t have a ball in this slot and now they do.

@robertfisher6711 i never said it wasn't a good thing. I'm calling out all of the staffers saying this is not copying off of other companies
@Tcrror no im not aware of that
