Once again we are back to Old World Blues in Hearts of Iron 4 and this time around TommyKay will be playing a sub mod for OWB that gives a focus tree to the Iron Alliance which are basically raiders with power armor that can create space marines in HOI4.
They are like Warhammer but in Fallout but in Old World Blues but in Hearts of Iron 4, a lot of connections between game universes here.
This is what happens when some small time raiders enter a vault and get their hands on super advanced technology from before the nukes dropped.
The Iron Alliance in HOI4 OWB has a pretty OP focus tree and this focus will make you completely broken and make the game extremely easy to conquer the world of Old World Blues.
The Space Marines with Power Armor will dominate the post apocalyptic world of Fallout and HOI4 and it's gonna be insane.
Besides playing OWB in Hearts of Iron 4, Tommy will be introducing a new character to the TommyKay Universe called "The Black Plate".
Honestly don't even ask, I don't know what to tell you.
Oh and also he will be reviewing viewers setups while he is building up as the New Sterling Brotherhood of Steel in HOI 4 OWB!
A lot of ADHD content for Tommy so you already know he is "DEFINITELY" gonna focus only on the HOI4 gameplay and giving you them HOI4 guides on how to play a nation.
Nah in reality it's just gonna be all over the place but at this point we are used it, are we not?
Anyways now go watch the video and the next video should be a HOI4 Kaiserreich game about the new Kaiserreich update, March to Drina.
Tommy will be playing Serbia and showing off a pretty insane HOI4 exploit that the Kaiserreich Devs didn't really figure out before releasing the update.
That Kaiserreich Serbia game is gonna be something else, honestly...

Enclave gets 2 civ industry advisors + another one for civ and infrastructure. Combined with the abundance of mils you get from coring you can make everything 10 infrastructure fast
@@wilhelmrk I got my enclave to have 160% + construction speed (general) after I got some favors from the vangraffs and chopshop and whatnot, NOT counting advisors and SPECIFIC boosts to specific buildings
I was getting 10 infrastructure in a week

You should try playing as The Last Patrol. They are ghouls who before the "Great War" used to be the Oklahoma National Guard. The story in my opinion about this nation is nice and you can eventually form Oklahoma.

If you’re really liking OWB now, you’ll be glad to hear the devs are getting closer to releasing overhaul updates for the Nevada and California countries. Not sure how long it’ll be but they’ve had a few dev diaries for it already so my educated guess would be in about 2-3 months

The WBOS focus tree change was necessary for the Legion overhaul in the previous update as well as the Mojave changes that went with it. The other reasons tho, is because they are preparing to nerf WBOS in the California update. It’s updated starting position will be akin to how communist China starts in vanilla hoi4 and NCR will be Nationalist China. They want to do this to put it in a more lore accurate start position.

Considering that they never made fallout new Vegas. I would say ever. What new faction did 3 have? All of the original cool factions are from 1, 2 and new Vegas.

This mod is great for a number of reasons but one I'd like to point out is the exposure both franshises get. Example being hoi4 player are exposed to a game series that they maybe didn't know about and could enjoy and vise verse

There’s a difference between lore and a shorter story. Lore is in my opinion a whole different genre. FNV is good but this offers something different.

It really is great to see Tommy get excited for HOI again. Especially playing with his fans
Oroborous is one of my favorites, you just snowball off the tribes and raiders then murder ceaser but the events and story are really fun. One of the only times i felt like i was actually rp-ing
Now you have to play Fallout New Vegas, Tommy.
I don't enjoy some of the submods for OWB due to how easy it is to spaghetti out and destroy the AI with certain focuses.
Only a few submods like Enclave Reborn and most vanilla trees like Twin Mothers at the very least have some level of difficulty.
Tommy should play Twin Mothers next time
Would be great if Tommy went back to EaW as an actual good nation like the Empire lol. So sad that the only experience he had with the mod was a nation that is about to get its rework and doesnt take advantage of many of the mod's best features.

Lol my gaming set up is a couch, a coffee table, and a PC/PS4/XBox 1 that haven’t been touched in literal years.Too many toxic multiplayers and not enough good games.
The judging setups part was great, we need a second episode
I like to see more of Tommy rating setups.
One thing to note is that the lore is not ENTIRELY made up. A lot of it is grounded in Fallout canon, and even stuff that is technically not canon was developed by the makers of the game for their canceled Van Buren project; what would've been the original Fallout 3. Dogcity is a real city that was conquered by Caesar's Legion, Ouroboros was written out for Van Buren and they are using lore from those development documents, etc.
They have to fill in a lot of the blanks and get creative for some alt-history pathways but it's real stuff! The core of it is real Fallout lore, that's what makes it so good. It's as authentic as it possibly can be.

Tommy! I think the reason the iron alliance is op is to counter ceasars legion once he takes out the hangdogs. Hangdogs are good but if ai is playing it, they are always doomed to fail. Anyways would love to play multiplayer for this!
I am so happy that tommy is playing OWB for i am a huge Fallout fan but the lore mistakes and jokish clowning of Fallout and its lore just breaks my heart. (I know that tommy is not a Fallout fan and he does not know everything about the lore and thats completely fine it just annoys me a bit personally)
