If I had a a Digi pi could I use a KISS TNC like Mobilinkd tnc4 connected ton an ht and use APRS WebChat?
Can this be saved to a flash drive and be used?

Can this work on Android? Pis are awesome, but it's an extra piece of gear that needs an outside power supply. I'd jump right in if this could be made to work on Android or even iOS
You can't hook your phone up to your radio ... yet. You can obviously use android/ios to talk to the pi and get what you see in the video.

Theres 1 thing people dont seem to know about is the uv5r and a bunch of other ht's put out 2-3V DC on the speaker out
good point, check your audio device for an input capacitor... fairly common to remove dc offset
I'm a complete newbie to APRS. If I understand this correctly, the other station doesn't need to be running the webchat service? Would this work for making ISS APRS contacts?
yah, the "other guy" can be any aprs-enabled ham radio. ISS can work too, but we don't yet have a way to change the digipath to ARISS. stay tuned.

When I open web chat I am getting the following error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
I'm using Win 11 and Google Chrome. DigiPi seems to be working fine. I've had it for awhile. It's decoding APRS stations like normal. Just can't get Webchat to run.
Hey Brad send me your /home/pi/.config/aprsd/aprsd.conf I'm guessing webchat can't start because of a configuration issue.

yes! aprsd runs in any python environment afaik
I set up 3 APRSdroid on old cell phones with ham radio and would like to use webchat to link up them up.
