Khadija Maiman: Her story and what drives her passion | Radio 786

FYI …Khadija Mayman is a dedicated community activist and youth leader from Bonteheuwel in the Cape Flats, Cape Town. She has been actively working to address social challenges such as gang violence, unemployment, and school dropouts in her community. As a Youth Peacemaker with the World Peace & Development Institute (WPDI), Khadija participates in various peacebuilding and conflict resolution initiatives.
She has also been recognized for her efforts,and recently participated in a UNESCO Campus event focused on "Women for Peace" in Africa. Through her work, Khadija aims to inspire and empower young people to contribute to peaceful communities and address inequalities.
