This time on Dirtnation we update our trail review for Cleghorn!
Quick notes: were running this trail from the 15 side exiting Cleghorn to the exit on the 138 near silver wood lake
This is the standard way of running the trail although it is ran both ways!

@@420motors Haha dude, I was so close to buying a ZR2 in Covina. Then Claremont Toyota gave me a fat discount, so I took their offer. However, when I see a ZR2 on the streets, I always think "what if?".

I just went trough oct 2021 in my stock 2021 Silverado 1500 z71 4wheel drive with the diesel only did the first baby hill and 1 other obstacle and it felt good just need more of a lift even on fire rose ther are some big rocks for a stock truckI believe it was where you were bbqing I have been on the fire road before in my 2 wheel drive Silverado and had to floor it the whole way so I did not get stuck it was scary would definitely recommend 4 wheel drive for the whole thing

Great video bro! You guys should check out Bee canyon truck trail. Runs from hemet to Idyllwild. It’s pretty easy but does have a black diamond section.

quick note.you dont need 4wd to do the fire road. you will need high clearance and good tires tho. done it in lifted fwd car for anyone trying to do the trail.
Does the fire trail go throughout the whole trail? I have a 2wd pathfinder but want to do it while I’m over there
@@patrickpatterson3735 the fire trail is the whole trail. Goes from the freeway to the lake. Or the opposite direction. Most of the trail is easy. You will need some good clearance In a few sections. But im sure you will be fine.
@@jovanies9751 so 2Wd staying on the easy sections would be ok? I think I watched someone else on TH-cam and they did it in their jeep without going into 4wd sticking to the easy sections. Thanks for the replies!!
