    Hungry , hungry , hungry ! Never full until I started fasting and that sure has helped my hunger hormone. And I fill up so fast . Ty great video .

    These menopause symptoms never seizes to amazes me......really who would of thought been hungry all the time was linked to the menopause as well....i am in full blown menopause i have it all but thanks to these weekly vlog am learning so much and know how to cope with it on a daily basis......thanks Eileen this was another good informative vlog👏👏👏👏👏👏

    It's crazy that women's body breaks down to this extinct who would have known, for the life of me i cant understand why some men wants to be women" 😳😩 it's torture, to be calm one minute and the next hyperactive for no reason the hunger just sends me over the edge😰 thank you so much for you educational wisdom never to old to learn.     I’m post menopausal. My appetite changes when I’m bloated and have water retention. I have that full feeling and I have to eat light and before 4 pm. Thank you for this video!

    Honestly I never had a appitite up until now and true things I did like now can’t eat honest menopause is so horrible I tryed tell my hubby about how I feel and what it’s doing and tell him it’s a up hill battle I tried tell him to read up about it all I got was I doesn’t affect me so no point so frustrating thankyou for be there on our journey with this god bless you

    My appetite is a little of both sometimes i forget to eat sometimes i do emotional eating. I wish i would lose weigh ...lol...as my weigh is not budging. The vege based protein powder with minerals and vitamins really helps me lot in terms of nutrition. When i visited my homopath doctor it was discovered that i am not absorbing minerals and vitamins to well.

    I only like a few foods and I mostly just eat the same things over and over. I used to love eating all sorts of things.

      That's a shame Honey, this can restrict your nutritional intake. Maybe try a protein shake drink now and again just to make sure that you get enough of everything you need to stay healthy.

    I'm premenopausal. But I don't feel hungry all the time. Is that normal?

      Although not so common, some women can experience this, however, if you're starting to lose weight, it is best to check with you doctor just to rule out any underlying health issues such as an overactive thyroid. In the meantime, it may be a good idea to get a protein powder drink to keep your nutritional intake up.

      I recommend ones that don't have artificial sweeteners/sugar in them. Your local health store should have a good range of natural ones to choose from.

    Perimenopause- so hungry all the time-but type 2 diabetic. Leading to binge eating and tiredness and it affects rage. I’m so stressed and cant eat without guilt. Doctors couldn’t offer me anything other than meal replacement which I know will lead to more binges.

    I don’t want to eat. Like my stomach is growling, I look at food, but don’t want to eat it.

      This ca n happen to a small number of women but it is important to make sure that you get good nutrition every day as your body needs this to help with all the physical changes going on. You may find a plant based protein powder shake, once a day, can be of benefit.

    the only thing I feel like eating our cheese blintzes with jam. and it's so weird.
    the things I used to love are no longer appetizing. I guess it's kind of a blessing because I used to eat everything in sight.

    what I figured out about perimenopause is that basically every single everything is a symptom of perimenopause. I am taking the multivitamin that has quai dong or something like that. I really do want to go to the herbal route with this. weird hot flashes every time I take a shower. and I find that nobody else talks about it. or if I talk about it with the young person they all tell me I'm too young for for menopause, having never never heard of perimenopause even though is going to happen to them. I'm 44.

      Hi Veronique, being very hungry can sometimes lead to really low blood sugar levels and this could cause fainting. If this happens a lot it may e wise to speak to your doctor to rule out conditions such as diabetes.
