Yes! Angela's Knock Off looked like she put the actual set on!! It was rad! There have been some really great ones so far. Yours is gorgeous! I haven't done mine yet. I am still in the process of gathering the sets I'll need.
I paused and looked up Vincent Lugo Park after you talked about it because it sounded really cool! What a fun park! I live in Kansas City, Missouri, and my childhood park, just a couple of miles from my home, is called Penguin Park! It features a huge penguin, kangaroo, elephants and giraffe built into the playground equipment. Very similar to yours! Went through the same experience with the city considering tearing it down and the citizens all over the region coming together with petitions and fundraisers to revamp the park and animal statues. It looks very different from when I was a kid because equipment safety standards are so different, but they did an amazing job restoring the original animal statues and incorporating them into new playground equipment. I love really unusual parks and playgrounds so much!
I looked up Penguin Park and it looks like a zoo made into a playground - so cool! I love unique parks and when we travel with my nieces and nephews we try and fit a unique park in to the itinerary. There was a park in St. George, UT that we visited and really enjoyed called Thunder Junction. That is a fun one to check out if you ever end up traveling to St. George.
Have you ever done a watercolor mani, my knock off set looks like watercolors mixed, and I also have some partials that I'm gonna use just want some ideas of what I should do, the partials are: oyster shell, doll parts, celestial waves, and out of quartz
I'm part of Stacey's group, but I have not done my set yet. lol, your set is beautiful. I love that you picked so many colors. I can't wait to see it finished 😊 🐰🐇 I have a bunny
@WendyfromCali literally his name is "Bunbun" we are not very creative at names lol he is a white long hair albino bunny with red eyes and will be 5 this spring 😊
@jessraepierre3 Bunbun is such a cute name! Look at me, I would have named my doggie Buddy had it not been for my lil sis saying that was too generic and suggesting Buddha instead...
@WendyfromCali ya naming animals is just not my thing, haha. We have a dog too, but my son names her Rory. I like to call her Roar or princess hehe she is so spoiled
The freeze-dried candies were fun to try, but definitely not what I would crave on a normal basis. The kiddos loved the marshmallows (like from Lucky Charms cereal) the most.

Thank you! Can't wait to see your Knock Off. Gathering the sets is definitely half the battle, especially if you were given a real artsy set 😀

Oh, Wendy!! I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your wonderful dog! How awful!!
Pets are wonderful but it is so heartbreaking that they don't live a human's lifetime.

I've never tried freeze-dried candy either. So, you weren't the only one late to the party! 🤣
