Great to see this review! This particular aircraft HS-THV is one of just 4 in the A350 fleet of 23 with that style of cabin as these have recently been leased and were formally from Hong Kong Airlines so its quite a rare catch and great to see!
Thai Airways has a horrible and deeply disrespectful customer service, the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying. But you only realise the reality when problems arise. If you try to complain about problems caused by Thai such as forced flight changes, long delays, missed connections, etc., they will not give you any solution or compensation. Instead, you will be faced with an attitude of mockery, contempt, arrogance and disinterest. I experienced this on a round trip business class flight years ago, both with the airplane staff (disinterest and no solution), and the staff at their office in Bangkok airport (mockery, contempt, arrogance). And also with the "response" from their head office in Bangkok. Since then I have not traveled on this despicable airline again, nor will I ever do so again.
