When visiting kaziranga do visit Agoratoli range aka eastern range, it is very beautiful and one can see most of migratory birds here. The forest has a Brahmaputra view point that bagori and Kohora lacks and also a great view point where one can see a lot of open land and lot of number in animal sighting, where as Kohora and bagori lacks due to the tall grass. On your tour plan, book your stay with sol village kaziranga for a wonderful wildlife experience, The premises follows permaculture.

But it is mainly situated in karbi anglong district... In the state assam... Right? Because kajiranga is named after kajir ronghangpi, because kajir ronghangpi is a karbi name....
The park falls in Golaghat and Nagaon district. The hills south of the park fall in Karbi Anglong district. The nomenclature, mostly by the Karbis is just one among many others.
