It is more like 10,000Tk per room in this villa. A bit misleading, comparing apples to oranges: a double room with occupancy 3 to a villa with occupancy 15 (5 double rooms). The most expensive double room you can find in Cox's Bazar would be a better comparison. Waiting for that one ;)
TBH the 800 tk room was much better then my expectations ... Bruh At least 10000% much better hotel room then sylhet simple pricing hotel room's ... That 800 tk room was good in my judgment

if i am being honest i went to a hotel that cost 500 tk a night and it wasn't bad at all we got 2 beds everything was good but the bathroom was small and the room had no air-condition but other than those 2 all was good
