Don't under estimate profit margin calculation , besides Amazon referral fee, FBA fee, product cost and shipping cost , you also need to add in PPC , inspection fee , professional photograph and video cost , Trademark fee and Customer refund etc. I will remind myself to watch your video again every time before I launch a new product.

As a new video idea suggestion, I would say "how to relaunch a product". I have made some critical changes on my product with variation listing, in order to increase conversion rate. After the changes, unfortunately I missed the honeymoon opportunity. Now I am really sure and confident about my product and trying to find ways of relaunching it. Do you think listing my product as a new variation (I want to keep the reviews) would work? Thanks again all input!
Cameron... I'm trying to understand the shipping cost problem you mentioned. You said it was a "different ratio there". Not sure what that means. Are you saying shipping costs should not be a bigger proportion of the cost as you order more products? What kind of higher percentage should set off alarm bells?
