1 month late to this party so I doubt people will see this, but my advice is to not sell your crops. you get more gold from quests and skills to the point you will never be short on cash. but a lot of quests require some of your harvests. I failed the burger quest because I got no lettuce. another issue is that food raises your stats permanently, so eating food is good for you. you want to eat a minimum of 20 of everything. maximum 100, it took 100 apples before I stop seeing a stat raise. if you must sell your harvest, sell crops from the discount seeds. no joke I have a skill that gives me gold when I recover mana. so I farm, make it rain to water my crops and as my mana goes back up slowly I get gold. that`s on top of all my other passive income.
I don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but you can have, and use, more than one of your tools at a time. So I have taken to getting 2 additional watering cans to help with watering my crops until my character learns the rain spell.
Eat at least 5 of each foragable you find at first, including things like Seaweed. Eat things like Sugar also. Start cooking asap and eat one-five of each to improve your stats. I have played over 400 hours and started over because of the update. I'm sitting on day 22 Spring with 150 mana and I haven't cooked much yet.
I've been struggling to get into this game at all after buying it since it's so overwhelming, but this has helped so much! Thanks for all the tips, I feel like I can finally enjoy the game to it's fullest ☺

My personal tip from my first singleplayer character. Jam maker is busted good, most of the jams take little to nothing to make, and give a boost in farming, combat, you name it. if you want to speed level a skill.. jams my friend, sells good, but amazing on exp.

I can't remember where exactly... but there is a fountain in like a dark purple haze, (not the bad kind) i think, in the east forest behind a snaccoon and past some jumping stones that also grant max mana boosts either daily or every few days similar to the town fountain

I also suggest people start making Jam, and take talents that make it better! It's free XP *all* day! And it's cheap to make, as well. I make sure I eat one every single day in game, and it's really been a boon for leveling. There's also a talent to earn passive XP while walking pets - and really, take any passive income talent you can get! Aim for the rain spell, and aim for the talent that gives you money for mana you recover...and I also recomment A) Getting Lynn's item that lets you do more damage while mining, and B) Anne's earring and Claude's key - these items are both gold per day (with Claude's being better)...but Anne's gives you money for every craft you make! That's what's helped me to make a LOT of coins very quickly early on...because all you do is craft! And I cook ALL the time, because food is basically the best turn around for 'cash'!
I’ve been heavily considering picking up Sun Haven. It looks like a lot of fun. The thing holding me back is that I hear it’s really crummy on steam deck in terms of controls.
just saw this and if you haven’t played yet they just updated controller support and it’s been working perfectly on steam deck for me. Super enjoyable game as well imo.
i went the sword route with combat, but there's a place later on in the city (the one where the furry guy lives) where if you go to the right in the sewers, a lot of enemies will spawn there. they were pretty easy to strafe around in a circle and i was able to get past lvl 50 combat fairly quickly
Hi there! my question is about 5:38. so it's more worthy to MAKE seeds that has long growth time? or buying seeds of crops with long growth time and then when they're haversted, we use the crop to make seeds? sorry i'm kinda nooby still and i'm not sure if i got this right lol
it saves all the time if you leave you can come back and it will be at the same time but you will be at your house and not where you were when you left. i love it so much
How do you undo a plot of land you accidentally plowed with your hoe?? I’ve accidentally hoed the ground in so many places, but I have no idea how to undo it, and it doesn’t grow the grass back lol😂😂

Wait a minute, Dont you need 12 flowers to get a beehive working? not 10? just making sure, cause that would mean the 20 flowers you get from the skill would mean you need to buy 4 more blue flowers to get 2 beehives working

the fireball now has a 3 sec cooldown and uses more than 1 mana i think. great video❤🎉
You can animation cancel a crossbow shot into fireball. It's perfect for kiting.

The seedmaker is incredibly ungodly slow.
Some of the crops have multiple harvets which are nice moneymakers when you have the greenhouses.

Is it the same as stardew valley in that it only saves after each day? Or can you save and leave in the middle of the day?
It says it saves more often but its unclear when since there's no save icon. I always go until the end of the day to be safe.

You can exit the game at any point, no saving necessary.

If you stack the hives next to each other with only one row of flowers between, you still get the benefit of having the hive surrounded by 12.
