Whoa, that modded Fabric's performance is really impressive! It got me interested in which mods exactly provide this level of performance boost, so I read their descriptions a bit and made some guesses: - Starlight probably provided the largest boost in performance here - DimensionalThreading, Hydrogen, LazyDFU and RecipeCache probably didn't do much in this specific example, though they could provide a performance boost in other cases - FerriteCore and Krypton probably provided _some_ performance boost, though I wouldn't assume it's major Carpet seems like a sort of wildcard. Did you change any configs to improve performance? Or did you just use the default settings?
Yeah, Starlight is the biggest difference. Its really an amazing mod. No I didn't tweak any carpet settings (yet). That falls in to the category of mods that I'd want to use when creating a server. Some of those mods I think would make a decent performance difference on a mature server, and don't count specifically towards chunk generation. This is a great summary for anyone else who finds this video. Thanks!
