- Just sharing a short review of my Front Pocket Briefcase. Hopefully you can make a decision of getting one like I did . Dont think about it just do it . This case will more than likely outlive me . Enjoy!!!!
Bag must be great: every user review I've seen on youtube runs about 85% longer than it needs to be because the owner likes to talk about it more than anything. Anyway, congrats on purchase, I am definitely closer to buying one myself!
I probably thought about it for like 2 weeks before i pulled the trigger. It was a very difficult because i am a very picky person . I wanted to buy once and once alone. But it became an addiction . Briefcase, notepad holder, ipad case, and wallet all in chestnut . The briefcase is always turning heads i should become a saddleback salesman withas many of daves bussiness cards ive given out . One guy saw it and he bought and paid for one before the plane lifted off. You will not regret making your choice . This one is just the right size . Not too big and not too small an holds all of the items you require . Good luck!!!!!

Thank you for the review. I am considering getting this same bag in black to use as a travel companion bag. It seems I will be able to put a change of clothes in there plus my small camera, sunglasses, phone and a book. :-)
PRicanLover70 thats a good deal . i have recently acquired the Lg version and man its huge but it fits my needs very well.... The lg can fit a 17 in laptop and the md is made for 15 in laptop max.... You could probably fit a crap ton of stuff in the Lg if ur heart desired.... So congrats on ur new purchase and share a picture on here when u do buy it. .
Hey Carlos, I've seen both your videos/reviews of this bag and the squared backpack. Seems like you're the only person who could give me some real insight on both bags. I'm not sure which one will be the best fit for me especially since there's no way to get one in my hands without buying them first -- and yes, I've thought about buying both buuuut, I have to choose one that'll best compliment the medium waterbag for longer trips.
I'm looking for something versatile/practical everyday usage (i'm considering both as backpacks as i'll probably never carry as a messenger style). I"m leaning towards the squared backpack because of the pockets but feel like it'll be a bit bulky, however, i'm 5'11 so it may not be an issue. Generally stuff necessary for photo/video editing (laptop, ipad, hard drives, over ear headphones (which i'm worried won't fit in the briefcase), and a small vlogging camera and gorilla pod along with some other miscellaneous like yourself. I feel like the backpack would have room for some clothes if I went somewhere over night but thats not a weekly occurrence.
Do you feel you need/use both bags equally, or favor one over the other in a particular situation? If you had to choose between the two, which would you choose and why? and if you'd like to fantasize, which would you say best pairs with the waterbag :)

I do not own a waterbag but it is on my i need one list . the backpack i believe would serve your purposes better. along with being multifaceted in its many things you can carry. i have since sold my Squared BP and went for my Unicorn which was the SBL Tank BP which is the previous iteration of their backpack series. The Squared is freakin awesome with all of the different pockets and organization with the pockets is second to none . the Briefcase i think is for more office setting, at least thats whay i use it mostly for . i have taken the occasional walk in woods with it . But take the plunge on the BP you will not regret it . PM message me when you get a chance.
Impressed with all you were able to fit in there. Is this the same thing as the thin front pocket briefcase in medium size?
You will not be able to fit the same amount of stuff in the thin as you can in the double gusset one . the thin i believe is 4 in wide and the regular one is 6 . plus the front pockets help out alot with organization of all of your items. im about to do a follow up review for a yr with the front pocket brief . if you don't have to carry alot for work than the thin is for you.

It just depends if u are ever going to Upgrade your bag in the future. i like to stay with the 15 because i have a 15 in work computer and i like 15 in MacBook pros. So it works great for both personal and professional use.. What size laptop are u currently using? and are u planning to upgrade ever ? You should ask your self these questions . With so many advancements in technology we could have something similar to the Ipad pro where we are able to do everything. so that will minimize the size of your computer tremendously. Were almost there but noy quite there yet.

This is a Medium Fpbc . when i bought it ,it was the only size available at that time . it wasnt until a yr later that the large version became available. if you fit it in nicely and orderly you can pack that sucker up.
Would this fit 15" labtop? Do buckles bother you when you need to open or close the bag in a hurry?
15 in laptops fit great. but having the buckles is much better that anything that can wear down quickly . ive probably opened and closed mine a 1000 times . and i know it will more than likely never fail me.

Thanks for the video, it was really helpful. I ended up going with the classic large briefcase from saddleback leather. I use it everyday for business, also I made a video of it fully decked out into adventure mode, using all of the D rings and such. Also, notice it is the new tobacco brown color. hello carlos, very very very helpful review- have just one question- would this bag fit a 15" macbook pro retina?
Really torn between this and the thin briefcase (large)..
The computer i had before which is in the video fit very well in the case and it was slightly larger than the macbook pro retina
So i think it should fit just fine . Trust me you have a lot of space in there whn you need or you can travel light and still have it comfortably on your back on in briefcase strap mode

I just tried a retina macbook pro in mine and it fits like a glove .

Is this the Large version?
no this is the Medium. when i purchased this one the Large one had not been for sale yet. i bought this in 2014 and the lg came out in mid 2015 if remember correctly.

Destructor2007 this is when the fpbc was first introduced. It was only available in md... I have since purchased a lg and rotate between them routinely...
