I almost missed this live lecture on Monday, because I was looking in last weeks schedule by mistake. A very real and true to life in our days talk. Thank you Rabbi again for speaking the truth. About the robot, Twilight Zone aired an episode on Nov 13, 1959 about this very thing called "The Lonely." That Robot's name was Alicia.
I agree with the rabbi about the destructive role and usage of media, however, we also would not have so much Torah lessons. For people who doesn't leave in religious communities and new Ba'aley Teshuva is a life saving, and what keep us sane. also charity organizations befits it a lot world wide, so I think It all depend on how you use it, exactly as every thing else in life.
