2014 Samsung 24-inch TV startup and shutdown

I'm in my hometown right now, here in Mataram, NTB, Indonesia. Right here is a 24 inch Samsung Series 4 TV.
There's a Sharp TV in this house, it turns on and it works.
There's also a 40-inch Samsung TV here but it's broken,
and theres a 29-inch LG CRT TV here.
