YES! But, as i mentioned in the video it can be purchased from Gun Van as well depending on when Rockstar decides to make it available. So, check the Gun Vans Inventory once every week as it rotates weekly.

Check the Gun Van periodically, sometimes they have the musket in the inventory. As I mentioned in the video that's how I got it. ☺
