I fully cut him off/blocked him/ closed the door yesterday after he ditched me for the gym, yet again. I told him that I’m not an option, I know my value❤ In our situation, the external “party” is his gym addiction 🤣 Which only became his obsession after we broke up a few months back. And he even used the word escapism when we were texting the other day! 😮He’d rather keep himself busy and distracted (basically lives at the gym) than have to sit with his emotions or face the triggers and inner wounds that come to the surface when we’re connecting. He’s extremely committed to doing the outer work 👏🏼 but in complete avoidance mode when it comes to doing the inner work 🤦🏼♀️

I figured out the third party cause im highly intuitive and also cause they think they’re the sh!t but they aint slick AT ALL. This person is a walking red flag but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and so many chances, and i actually went against all of my rules and morals for them, i even acted out of character cause i was manipulated all the time, love bombed, breadcrumbed, put in a limbo, and all that sh!t, which made me develop a trauma bond but no more. im not a doormat or a rebound. I am moving on and wanna leave all this mess behind. Leave me alone. Ive been cutting them off and cutting ties, taking back my power and cleaning my energy, focusing on myself and i need to heal from how I was mistreated. Basically a narcissist. It was a karmic/past life connection. I deserve someone who isn’t indifferent toward me or indecisive or abusive. Basically they played me and took me for an idiot. If this reading is relative to "the one that got away"... I've always been an option, nothing more than that. The mere thought of her makes my stomach churn.
