Tips for anyone who wants to watch this: READ THE MANGA FIRST! I haven’t read the manga and finished it in a very long while. Forgot about the manga and watch this. I was confuse the whole time. The editing is iffy and it’s one of those artsy fartsy type of editing. It’s so fast paced, along with the dialogues, but you can guess what the movie is trying to convey. BUT! The directing lacked cohesiveness. If this was a drama, I think it would have been better.

Name Name No. The boy she was with was her boyfriend and she was on a date. But the boy was in love with her older sister. She tried to make the boy be in love with her, including having sex with her but he still didn’t.

Because the protagonist is clearly depressed and has a very low self-love. And she's suroundded by guys who just take advantage of it. All of them (the guys) are mentally disturbed and blame her for the things she goes throught. In the end she stays with one of them and forgives the guy who sexually assaulted her the worst way(because all of them did abuse her) as if it wasn't serious because she is kind and they easly manipulate her. So, I think she deserved better than this. But I loved your edit and I will surely watch more from you. Sorry for this long comment! 😅 Have a nice day!♥️♥️♥️

nobody in this movie was in the right. all these men were predators and quite frankly disgusting. hatsumi was portrayed as naive, but she felt like she could’ve had more character development and strength. im not victim blaming, because she is in fact a victim, but it’s annoying how the writer made her seem so fragile. i liked the idea of the movie, but i hate how they romanticize abuse. I think it should be more of a coming of age movie but with the same style of film, because I really like the theatrical editing, and a better ending.

This movie made me sick. Like actually sick. I was so dizzy from the constant fast as hell angle changes and trying to read the subtitles as fast as possible because they spoke at like 500000 miles an hour. I had to pause it so I didn’t throw up. I didn’t really know what the male characters looked like for most of the movie cause they never stopped changing angles so we never really saw their faces head on. They shouldn’t have had jammed an entire manga series like this into one movie. It would have been better as a series so we could actually understand wtf is going on and actually learn something about the characters. My friend who is Japanese and from Japan even said this movie was too much and insane
This looks decent to watch but I don’t know if I should because for some reason I find Japanese movies and dramas hard to watch I just can’t take the acting seriously to the point of finding they’re acting to be cringey and all the high pitch voices and screaming from the actors just irritates me. I’ve tried to give them a chance but I still haven’t found a drama or movie that I can finish watching without stopping the first episode halfway through.
