Stewey another day, when the earoplanrs , glides on the run way of jamaica what a wonerful seenery, every one sound so plesant on the air waves, thank stewey u have it,
Another awesome video. Hopefully soon. Curry goat at Snappaz is calling my name especially when the planes zoom by. Cessna is a quick way to Negril but they scare me.
Thanks Eleanor do enjoy the curry goat, that's how most people feel about smaller airplanes but they fly every day and always have a safe trip, have a great day now
@1STEWY I'd love to see more flights in and out of Ian Fleming International Airport (OCJ). It's right in our backyard. I don't see too many scheduled flights from the US to there yet. Hopefully soon, I'll be able to bypass Sangster.
We are all hoping for Ian Fleming to be a success story but this is just the beginning can't wait to go back for another airlines joining in, have a great evening now
They need to construct a smaller/shorter runway parallel to the main runway (closer to the fishing village of White House/Sandals hotel) exclusively for small Cessna airplanes to take off and land...
I am just wondering why the ATC didn't ask landing flights to Expedite runway or ask an inbound to do any orbit to release the 2 Southwest aircraft holding so long
Though a bit petty on my part...those male air traffic control need to get a speech coach/teacher to help them with pronunciation...the word is "THREE" and NOT "TREE"....as in the wind is "THREE knots"...
@@captkay5330 the American pilots respond by saying "THREE"...also the local Jamaican female air traffic controllers ALL say "THREE"...thise make air traffic controllers need diction training...
I've heard this comment before, ever since then I have been trying to find a pilot who demanded the H ,in Jamaica we say wata and now we put it in a bottle and sell it,I guess no one will buy it until it says water, thanks Garfield all in the name of expressing our opinions in a civil way, have a great evening my brother

Heavy enroute
Very busy airport as usual thanks for another beautiful video Stewy✈️
Thanks Marci you are always welcome
I truly appreciate the skill and professionalism in the way that ATC treats the small Pipers and Cessnas along with the larger commercial aircrafts.
They're like family, that airport is there home,
Beautiful 😍😊🌞👍🏾💪🏾❤
Thanks Tosha, have a great day

Good day Stewy, you had a very busy day! MBJ at its best, ATC kept busy. Good position for videos
Good day Norman, truly getting some good numbers, this position for runway 25 is a great one, have a blessed day now
Good afternoon Stewey, the western end of the runway expansion is it completed.
Good afternoon Wayne, I haven't seen any activity there for a while so assume yes

Definitely not enough room in that area Garfield
I am just wondering why the ATC didn't ask landing flights to Expedite runway or ask an inbound to do any orbit to release the 2 Southwest aircraft holding so long
I think the hold was by radar for departing aircraft,it could be various reasons, safety is always primary, bless up Norman

Hey stewy, you wouldn’t happen to have video from 11/30/23 or 12/7/23?
I doubt I would at this time,if so it would have been in a video I already uploaded, thanks for watching
Though a bit petty on my part...those male air traffic control need to get a speech coach/teacher to help them with pronunciation...the word is "THREE" and NOT "TREE"....as in the wind is "THREE knots"...
That’s actually how it is supposed to be said per SOP - they say tree instead of Three - even nine they should say Niner..

Great one love the scenery what's the reason for runway 2-5 keep it up Stewy
Thanks Asher, runway 25 is used when the wind comes from the west rather than the traditional north east
