Panorama is the other Vista class ship. It broke down with the same issues the Vista had and we were cancelled 2 weeks out. We rebooked for this past March and it was terrible, we are done with Carnival.
I thought the Vista sucked. It was my least favorite Carnival ship. I didn't like the layout, the venues had similar names and caused confusion and the entertainment was lacking. This was xmas 2022 and before the refurb.
If the engine was cranking, it’s not a battery/electrical issue. More than likely a fuel issue. If there’s no crank, it’s more than likely electrical. Was there a clicking sound? If so, maybe the starter? Just saying.

You pay taxes on $1200 or more per win. If you win $1199. Per win you don't have to pay taxes.
In Vegas the dealer will guide you a bit as to hit or not.
