1 have 2/3 story house, now covered area of ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor will be equal to TOTAL COVERED AREA ??

Consider a 2 storied building. Ground floor is 300sqft covered area. And First floor is 300sqft covered area. So what will be covered area of the whole building? 300sqft? or 600sqft?

Open to sky k upar koi builder room bana dey too include hoga? Example k tor pey 200 sqft room ka 50 sqft open to sky k andar hoga too kitna covered area k andar ayega?
