Nah, Corax is sympathizing with birds - his name means raven after all. He definitely wouldn't go on any merciless and pointless bird slaughter, one possible exception could be the Changers of Ways if you count them as birds, but that's it.
I like the idea of Dorn getting the Emperor’s Claw. I don’t know if there is any lore about what happened to his sword (Storm’s Teeth), but if it’s stated to be lost, then the claw would be a fitting replacement, both as a weapon and as a hand. Failing that, he should get the Emperor’s Boltgun, as he is known to have used one before.

I really like the version where Big E gives his son the sword in the thrown room after meeting with him for the first time in ten thousand years. The last gift from what is effectively the ghost of his father with the task of saving their people. It's like a scene from an myth or legend as well as a sad thing given that his father's mind is scattered showing him he sees him as much of a tool in that moment as a son with the gift making it clear as well. A sword to complete his task but still a thing that was near to his father showing the two different ways he felt Big E sees him.
Remember Big E’s Sword can perma kill daemons and is the size of a great sword in Guilliman’s *armored* hands, which he wields it as such. While E straight up carries it as if it’s just a regular sized sword. His shield straight up pulls Meliodas’s signature move full counter back on its attacker every time it is struck the more damage taken the more it gives back. That’s only two items of Big E’s overall arsenal of gear that is being shown in the current setting and they are OP asf.
I think it would be cool to have Big E's armor sort of split up, puldrons, grieves, breastplate, etc. It would make more sense than a full set since much of it has already been redistributed. To that end I think Vulcan would get the breastplate.

Quick correction, you said Guilliman isn't a psyker. ALL of the Primarchs are psykers, to a greater or lesser extent. Even Mortarion, no matter how much he hated them. Not all of them can control their psychic abilities or have ever made any effort to do so.
And an Eldar also said Guilliman is having a growing presence in the warp due to the faith the mortals of the imperium put in him, slowly ascending him into a god like the emperor. But i might be wrong

The Crux Terminatus was actually ( back in 2nd edition) a ruling that terminators can get an invulnerable save on EVERYTHING . They got this save on a roll of a six. I miss the older editions.
For Corvus, I imagine his piece of Emperor wargear could be some kind of dark age of technology relic/jewelry that allows him to better control and masque his warp powers.
I like the Theory of Big E's bolt gun having instead of bolter ammo having ammo made by Big E's psyker might. There is also a very neat fanart of Vulkan wielding a Flamer with the same design as Big E's other weapons that is shooting golden flames of psychic might like the sword G-man is carrying
So did Sanguinius. They appear to be the only two exceptions to primarchs not getting auramite, which isn't shocking as they're most likely his favourites.
@@im2randomghgh I thought that Sanguinius was trusted less due to his mutation, the wings were a sort of glaring reminder of Chaos, as they developed outside of the Emperor's plan for the Primarch's due to the dispersal of them throughout the Galaxy due to influence of the Warp. Like, he was still one of the most useful and utterly loyal Primarch's, but wasn't it oldish lore that he was seen as corrupted in some way?
Magnus, his being forgiven (he never really wanted to be a shitbag, it was pushed on him) would mean he could have spells sat on the big chair for the big E and allow for some meaningful E time, and for the repair of the chair.
Just thought of something overlooked in this video: the Emperor’s Cloak. Nothing has been said about it, so GW could make it an artefact and give it to a Primarch. I’m thinking Vulkan. It could be said to confer some kind of protection for the wearer, either physical or psychic. *When* Vulkan returns, perhaps he’s suffering some kind of mental injury, like in TTS, and wearing the cloak could slowly heal him?
Another overlooked artifact is Big E’s laurels, it would give the wearer the Emperor’s own psychic shield, and I think Jaghatai Khan should get them, or they should go to an amalgam of Dante and the Sanguinor that creates what’s essentially a revived Sanguineous

I like the observation that a piece of the Big E’s armament is what gives loyalist primarchs a chance against the daemon primarchs. That being said, I don’t think Corvus will need a piece, given that he’s apparently a loyalist daemon primarch himself at this point.
@xdude228 I don't think Vulkan would need a piece of the Emperor's war gear. Him being a perpetual alone makes him incredibly powerful, on top of being a primarch, in addition to being the largest and strongest of the primarchs. If he ever returned and kept/knew where Urdakule, arguably the most powerful warhammer ever forger, was and retrieved it, he would easily be able to take on a daemon primarch.
@@iamk7567 Well, The Lion didn't really "need" the shield either being a top 3 primarch duelist. But it still saved him against Angron. I think, if anything, Vulkan might be the only Primarch that could actually fit inside the Emperor's armor.

The Emperors shield could have been the same one he used to fight and capture the Void Dragon back in Ancient Terra times? I dont know how it could have been created back then, but this is the Emperor were talking about and it seems like a fitting way to give it a cool and important history
As far as what piece of big E's kit Vulkan would get I think it would be his Iron Halo(Golden Aquila) to bolster his already impressive fortitude and durability

@theredditexperience1 How? The shield knocked Angron back a couple of times while doing no significant damage and was used a blunt force object after the Lion stabbed him through the chest, pinning Angron to the ground. The Lion would've beaten Angron with any well-made shield.

It never states that the Lion was being sustained by the shield. You’re conflating using a weapon to it somehow winning the fight for you. Next you’re going to tell me the Lion only wins all his fights because he used a sword😂😂. At most, the lion needed the extra defense of a shield to beat Angron
@theredditexperience1 I guess you're dumb enough to not know what the point of all shields are. They block attacks. All shields do this. The only difference with the Emperor's shield is that Angron is launched backwards instead of standing there after the Lion blocks his attack. Angron wasn't even hurt after that. The Emperor's shield doesn't given the Lion physical buffs, extra skills, or do any significant damage to Angron other when the Lion used it as a simple blunt object after impaling Angron to the ground. You have failed to make any logical arguments except these two. 1) Every other shield in existence in the warhammer universe would be shattered by Angron's attack. You have no evidence for this and that would be a testament to Angron not a knock against the Lion. 2) The Lion requires competent arms and armor to beat Angron, and that's not an argument at all. You have done nothing to prove that the Lion would've lost to Angron if he had a Primarch-tier storm shield instead of the Emperor's shield.
I think big Es war gear is one of my favorite additions to lore. Its like how the chaos primarchs all get gifts from their chaos lord, well, bow so do the loyalist primarchs. One of those thigns that fits so well it makes you wonder why it wasnt there all along

The one true armor could retcon for Corvus, I mean dude can literally turn into a massive crow demon, imagine that with a basically imprenetrable armor. Basically an unstoppable killing machine.

Feel like Russ might need the shape shifting armour if he returns as a proper wolf boy. After all he never cared for the spear. As for Dorn, I still believe he is coming back Black Templar mode, mainly cause one of the loyalist sons needs to be on the side of the Ecclesiarchy, and therefore no longer have the armour colour scheme to match the Emperors Talon. My only question is does the Emperor have a special Bike for the Khan? After all if the Custodes, the bodyguards, had custom grav bikes, surely the person they are primarily tasked with guarding has something similar. Also how many titans can you kill with it by ramming them.
I would love if they split up the remaining armor between the returning primarchs, e.g. someone getting his iron halo, someone else the eagle on his chest plate, etc.
An easy way to add more emperor gear to the lore would be to have them manifest as parts of the Emperor's psyche. Even technology that would normally be redundant could be employed, adding symbolic meaning, such as a bow made from psychic insight. The Emperor's golden claw would look great on Corvus if the rest of his armor incorperated gold like Guilliman's new panoply.
Got my tabletop Emperor on order, My loyalist emperors children army led by Saul Tarvits are going to absolutely have a a raging Sanctioned Hard on (non of those Slannesh hard ons) whilst flanking the Emperor on both sides.
Just imagine a black heavy telemon dreadnaught primach ferrus with Big E’s bolter on the shoulder carrying clonegrim to the battle against snake daemon fulgrim, pure awesomeness 😮
There’s a nice poetry behind the Lion receiving the Emperor’s shield rather an offensive weapon. As we all know, the Lion was the Emperor’s executioner so it should make sense that he should get the sword. But what happens is, instead of a sword, he receives a shield as a sign that he wasnt meant to be an executioner but a protector. Still, it would be cool if he had a sword though.
If the trend of Primarchs returning with big E's wargear continues, I fully expect a whole bunch of hastily constructed lore about 'This fantastic Hammer that Big E absolutely always had that happens to look great in Vulcans hands' etc, cos the dudes running out of drip to hand out 🤣
I sense a pattern. Every time a Loyalist primarch returns,he inherits a piece of his father's wargear : Smurf - emperor's sword. The lion- emperor's shield. Who gets the bolter, the talon and the fragments of his armor ? Corvus corax will definitely get that claw. The bolter? Maybe vulkan. I can definitely see dorn having his Armour with grafted parts of the emperor's and a master powerfist that serves as a prosthetic for the hand he lost. And it's not some stupid slaaneshi fetish like the magic pain glove, it is comfortable, able to get rid of the phantom pain that causes discomfort. As a result, dorn can finally make sound decisions on fortifications and other come with war strategies like he would have if he wore the said pain glove.
That Big E mini is absolurlte fire, now that I plan o buying Kill Team box I unfortunately won't be abke ti get him. But maybe when he will return, I will be there, on the Wolftime.
Its a bit funny that possibly worst combat primarch (maybe other than Lorgar, but Lorgar is Lorgar), Girlyman got the most overpowered sword in Galaxy.
Gulliman used his brains before brawn. But when he was blown out of the bridge of a starship into the void, he got really pissed off and showed just how strong he really is
I think that the wreath around his head might also be considered a piece of equipment. Seeing as it's been a part of him from before the heresy and, similar to the sword and the rest of his gear, it has also absorbed a lot of his psychic essense, so it's very likely that it will have some kind of amplification or dampening power. This would be very useful for Crovus, as he's currently running around the warp in demon form and could help him maintain a more humanoid form if he cant properly control his shapeshifting powers. Also, the cloak he's always got, probably will got o the Khan as it doesnt seem to have any real affects (mostl liekly it will if GW wills it) and knowing the status fo the White Scars he'll appear later down the line, after all the good pieces have been handed out.
when you said the shield was wielded by Big E before a big battle that reminded me of the comic of him going to fight the void dragon, using a basic ass lance and shield
Not sure theres anything to it, but in my thinking there is one entity that could possibly heal the emperor, that being the eldar goddess imprisoned by nurgle, the same nurgle that the emperor beat up recently through guiliman. It would be cool if she played a part in his revitalisation.

I’ve never gotten any minis before, and didn’t ever intend to. BUT this one, this one was too cool. Looks amazing. Great job on it. Wish I could afford to of supported with the 1/12 scale, but I was able to get the 75mm.
About the Sword, Guilliman had it already at his fight with Fulgrim, this is from the new version of Dark Imperium. So it has to be gifted to him at the end of the hh
That isn't quite fair to Sanguinius, as at the time he battled Angron the daemon primarch was being actively pumped up by Khorne. Ordinarily powerful daemons cannot maintain their presence in realspace for many months at a time (including his time in the hold of the Conqueror, as well as his time on Terra during the Siege), and Angron didn't build Chaos monuments on Terra to maintain his presence like he did on Armageddon. The same, I assume, was true for Nurgle and Mortarion since they retconned his ascension to daemon prince to have occurred when becalmed in the warp by Typhus, rather than on the Plague Planet after the Scouring as detailed in previous lore.
All Primarchs have a powerful presence in the warp, they are bright stars to everyone who has the second sight, even if they are not psychic, as Magnus, they still have abilities that are drawing one their warp presence, even if they don’t cast a spell traditionally. They are not possessed by a demon, but they are boated by the warp, the primaries marines “Primarch” was given to much as he said in the Avenging Son novel, “Primus” has been gifted with the primarch abilities, but not only one, the abilitys of many.
Since the Emperor lived for hundreds of thousands of years it’s possible it made more than just the Wargear listed in this Video. Maybe even made some weapons based of ones in mythology. Despite lack of tech, he did kill the Void dragon with a pretty normal lance after cosplaying as St George and the dragon

All while Daemons are burnt alive at his mere presence Alot of his appearance and weapons are just to "Fill the role" The big armor and shiny weapons is actually "Tiresome" for him if we quote the books at face value

Yeah it sounds so much like the Crucible sword, that my headcanon now states the Doomslayer is another soulpiece of the Emperor.

Quick correction, you said Guilliman isn't a psyker. ALL of the Primarchs are psykers, to a greater or lesser extent. Even Mortarion, no matter how much he hated them. Not all of them can control their psychic abilities or have ever made any effort to do so.
And an Eldar also said Guilliman is having a growing presence in the warp due to the faith the mortals of the imperium put in him, slowly ascending him into a god like the emperor. But i might be wrong

The Crux Terminatus was actually ( back in 2nd edition) a ruling that terminators can get an invulnerable save on EVERYTHING . They got this save on a roll of a six. I miss the older editions.

I like the Theory of Big E's bolt gun having instead of bolter ammo having ammo made by Big E's psyker might.
There is also a very neat fanart of Vulkan wielding a Flamer with the same design as Big E's other weapons that is shooting golden flames of psychic might like the sword G-man is carrying
There's precedent for that. The Castigator Titan fired pure, whole daemons. So the Emperor firing bolts of pure psychic might isn't that far off.
Rogal Dorn had auramite armour gifted to him by The Emperor.
So did Sanguinius. They appear to be the only two exceptions to primarchs not getting auramite, which isn't shocking as they're most likely his favourites.

I thought that Sanguinius was trusted less due to his mutation, the wings were a sort of glaring reminder of Chaos, as they developed outside of the Emperor's plan for the Primarch's due to the dispersal of them throughout the Galaxy due to influence of the Warp.
Like, he was still one of the most useful and utterly loyal Primarch's, but wasn't it oldish lore that he was seen as corrupted in some way?

Just thought of something overlooked in this video: the Emperor’s Cloak. Nothing has been said about it, so GW could make it an artefact and give it to a Primarch. I’m thinking Vulkan. It could be said to confer some kind of protection for the wearer, either physical or psychic. *When* Vulkan returns, perhaps he’s suffering some kind of mental injury, like in TTS, and wearing the cloak could slowly heal him?
Another overlooked artifact is Big E’s laurels, it would give the wearer the Emperor’s own psychic shield, and I think Jaghatai Khan should get them, or they should go to an amalgam of Dante and the Sanguinor that creates what’s essentially a revived Sanguineous

I like the observation that a piece of the Big E’s armament is what gives loyalist primarchs a chance against the daemon primarchs. That being said, I don’t think Corvus will need a piece, given that he’s apparently a loyalist daemon primarch himself at this point.

@xdude228 I don't think Vulkan would need a piece of the Emperor's war gear. Him being a perpetual alone makes him incredibly powerful, on top of being a primarch, in addition to being the largest and strongest of the primarchs. If he ever returned and kept/knew where Urdakule, arguably the most powerful warhammer ever forger, was and retrieved it, he would easily be able to take on a daemon primarch.
@@iamk7567 Well, The Lion didn't really "need" the shield either being a top 3 primarch duelist. But it still saved him against Angron. I think, if anything, Vulkan might be the only Primarch that could actually fit inside the Emperor's armor.

The Emperors shield could have been the same one he used to fight and capture the Void Dragon back in Ancient Terra times? I dont know how it could have been created back then, but this is the Emperor were talking about and it seems like a fitting way to give it a cool and important history

It never states that the Lion was being sustained by the shield. You’re conflating using a weapon to it somehow winning the fight for you. Next you’re going to tell me the Lion only wins all his fights because he used a sword😂😂. At most, the lion needed the extra defense of a shield to beat Angron
@theredditexperience1 I guess you're dumb enough to not know what the point of all shields are. They block attacks. All shields do this. The only difference with the Emperor's shield is that Angron is launched backwards instead of standing there after the Lion blocks his attack. Angron wasn't even hurt after that. The Emperor's shield doesn't given the Lion physical buffs, extra skills, or do any significant damage to Angron other when the Lion used it as a simple blunt object after impaling Angron to the ground.
You have failed to make any logical arguments except these two.
1) Every other shield in existence in the warhammer universe would be shattered by Angron's attack. You have no evidence for this and that would be a testament to Angron not a knock against the Lion.
2) The Lion requires competent arms and armor to beat Angron, and that's not an argument at all.
You have done nothing to prove that the Lion would've lost to Angron if he had a Primarch-tier storm shield instead of the Emperor's shield.

Lion with the emperors shield and sword would be the biggest threat to chaos in the setting since sanguinious and big E himself.

Feel like Russ might need the shape shifting armour if he returns as a proper wolf boy. After all he never cared for the spear. As for Dorn, I still believe he is coming back Black Templar mode, mainly cause one of the loyalist sons needs to be on the side of the Ecclesiarchy, and therefore no longer have the armour colour scheme to match the Emperors Talon.
My only question is does the Emperor have a special Bike for the Khan? After all if the Custodes, the bodyguards, had custom grav bikes, surely the person they are primarily tasked with guarding has something similar. Also how many titans can you kill with it by ramming them.

An easy way to add more emperor gear to the lore would be to have them manifest as parts of the Emperor's psyche. Even technology that would normally be redundant could be employed, adding symbolic meaning, such as a bow made from psychic insight.
The Emperor's golden claw would look great on Corvus if the rest of his armor incorperated gold like Guilliman's new panoply.

There’s a nice poetry behind the Lion receiving the Emperor’s shield rather an offensive weapon.
As we all know, the Lion was the Emperor’s executioner so it should make sense that he should get the sword. But what happens is, instead of a sword, he receives a shield as a sign that he wasnt meant to be an executioner but a protector.
Still, it would be cool if he had a sword though.
When you have a sword which you’ve imbued part of your very essence into and can erase a person from existence, you’re pretty much sorted

I can definitely see dorn having his Armour with grafted parts of the emperor's and a master powerfist that serves as a prosthetic for the hand he lost. And it's not some stupid slaaneshi fetish like the magic pain glove, it is comfortable, able to get rid of the phantom pain that causes discomfort. As a result, dorn can finally make sound decisions on fortifications and other come with war strategies like he would have if he wore the said pain glove.
That Big E mini is absolurlte fire, now that I plan o buying Kill Team box I unfortunately won't be abke ti get him. But maybe when he will return, I will be there, on the Wolftime.

Its a bit funny that possibly worst combat primarch (maybe other than Lorgar, but Lorgar is Lorgar), Girlyman got the most overpowered sword in Galaxy.
Eh, Robot Girlyman is definitely stronger than Lorgar, Alpharius&Omegon. Magnus also wasn't physically very strong just god tier psycher.
Gulliman used his brains before brawn. But when he was blown out of the bridge of a starship into the void, he got really pissed off and showed just how strong he really is

I think that the wreath around his head might also be considered a piece of equipment. Seeing as it's been a part of him from before the heresy and, similar to the sword and the rest of his gear, it has also absorbed a lot of his psychic essense, so it's very likely that it will have some kind of amplification or dampening power. This would be very useful for Crovus, as he's currently running around the warp in demon form and could help him maintain a more humanoid form if he cant properly control his shapeshifting powers.
Also, the cloak he's always got, probably will got o the Khan as it doesnt seem to have any real affects (mostl liekly it will if GW wills it) and knowing the status fo the White Scars he'll appear later down the line, after all the good pieces have been handed out.
My bet is that Dorn will receive the Emperor's Talon since you know, he's kinda missing an arm, so it probably refitted as a prosthetic as well.
U know the claw will show up to meet abbadons.. i cant wait😁

Not sure theres anything to it, but in my thinking there is one entity that could possibly heal the emperor, that being the eldar goddess imprisoned by nurgle, the same nurgle that the emperor beat up recently through guiliman. It would be cool if she played a part in his revitalisation.

I’ve never gotten any minis before, and didn’t ever intend to. BUT this one, this one was too cool. Looks amazing. Great job on it. Wish I could afford to of supported with the 1/12 scale, but I was able to get the 75mm.
About the Sword, Guilliman had it already at his fight with Fulgrim, this is from the new version of Dark Imperium. So it has to be gifted to him at the end of the hh
That isn't quite fair to Sanguinius, as at the time he battled Angron the daemon primarch was being actively pumped up by Khorne. Ordinarily powerful daemons cannot maintain their presence in realspace for many months at a time (including his time in the hold of the Conqueror, as well as his time on Terra during the Siege), and Angron didn't build Chaos monuments on Terra to maintain his presence like he did on Armageddon. The same, I assume, was true for Nurgle and Mortarion since they retconned his ascension to daemon prince to have occurred when becalmed in the warp by Typhus, rather than on the Plague Planet after the Scouring as detailed in previous lore.

All Primarchs have a powerful presence in the warp, they are bright stars to everyone who has the second sight, even if they are not psychic, as Magnus, they still have abilities that are drawing one their warp presence, even if they don’t cast a spell traditionally. They are not possessed by a demon, but they are boated by the warp, the primaries marines “Primarch” was given to much as he said in the Avenging Son novel, “Primus” has been gifted with the primarch abilities, but not only one, the abilitys of many.
Since the Emperor lived for hundreds of thousands of years it’s possible it made more than just the Wargear listed in this Video. Maybe even made some weapons based of ones in mythology. Despite lack of tech, he did kill the Void dragon with a pretty normal lance after cosplaying as St George and the dragon
