E 10 means “times 10 to the 10th power” so easier to conceptualize and compute with fewer digits. To convert to “regular view” just move the decimal point 10 places to the right.
like in video at 4:20 mark...Uppercase "E" means "Exponent of base 10" then the number to the right is the power. Example: 2.1 E4 means 2.1*10*10*10*10 so you multiple the numbers on the left of the "E" by 10 the amount of times of the number to the right of the "E" . Another example: 1.03E2 means 1.03*10*10 also the uppercase "E" has a different meaning than the lowercase "e"
How can, you put a dead old man in box...and then say his heart... stopped beating... When did his heart, before beating... before he died, or after, his stopped beating???
I never knew what this meant, and I've taken college level math courses 😅 No one ever taught me this that I can remember, thanks for sharing

It’s been years since I use a calculator. I forgot what E stood for. Soon as you said scientific notation, it all came back. Thanks.
I’m just trying to square .02 and I don’t want to see E
is there a difference between E and e? Because the calculator "e" I'm thinking of is always "e" not "E" .... is there a difference?
That what I would like to know but no one ever answers me either!
@@susanmaynard6054 e is a number like pie. 2.71 etc. E is what was explained in the video above!
@@TaxEvadingTurtle Thanks
@@susanmaynard6054 of course!

iz this the same az 10x on a calculator ? what about confusion with .... eulers constant iz it uzed ?
Oh just drag it out more please .
Critical symbol for computer programming.

close - 5.25 x 10^10
I think it’s scientific notation

You make no sense and made me more mad congrats, also love the 5282 year long intro
I do know you take too long to get to the subject matter.
