    Hi Steve. Ignore the people saying what videos you should do. Whatever you chose to show us is greatly appreciated. Love all your work 👍

    Good luck,yes it’s much better to be driving on the track than wrenching at the track.

    The moment of truth has finally arrived! Looks like you did a through job going over everything possible on the car prior to actually doing a test run on the track. I've been there myself and was unfortunately surprised there were still problems with my car even though I did a through check before putting it on the track for a test. You are correct in say people spend to much time in the pits trying to figure out what when wrong and trying to fix it, Hopefully it won't happen to you. I'm assuming you have both the experience and knowledge to do well on the track. Sincerely - best of luck!

      We always try, but mechanics do fail ... especially when things are 43 years old... will see .... Thanks

    i like Croix. i've raced bikes there, you always think the bridge is lower than it really is. all the best

    i'd be keen to hear your thoughts and musings on tyre compounds, stickiness, life cycles, heat cycles, ageing - all that. I am picking up bits of knowledge every time i'm in the paddock, and everyone seems to have a different opinion. i'd be interested to know your experience with different slicks and what you've found on your journey.

      Good question regarding tires and certainly worth an informed response.

    All the best at the tracks. 🏎Is Croix a long drive from your place in Belgium, and while you are in France are you seeing any Citroen afficiandos there for parts, exchange of ideas etc, on 'ol Rusty'.
    You still have the Peugeot as well. That is also a lovely, much desired vintage car🚘, are you thinking of making a passenger side door for it. It would be more practical.🗼

    • @D3Sshooter
      @D3Sshooter  ปีที่แล้ว +2

    5:00 I always have a torque wrench for my plugs. 15lbs is enough and done.
