One of my favorite songs these guys have put out. The incredibly broad range of music styles Laibach perform amazes me continuously. I'm waiting for their album of waltzes and polkas they said they were releasing this year.... I'm very excited to hear it!

Beautiful Music a faithful ode to 50's and 60's instrumentals.
This song based on Slovenian traditional folk music. It is a waltz in 3/4 time. You should listen Slovenian bands like Avsenik and Alpski kvintet to better understand this excellent Laibach song
history repeats strange ,when i was young my father loved Avsenik,i hated it with every cell in my body,now i listen laibach and going to heaven.

Actually, this song has a very traditional Slovenian sound to it. (It does sound Hawaiian also, I agree :) ) That sound comes from the traditional dulcimer I think.
@@stefaanvda1140 Your right about this being a traditional Slovenian sound, but the instrument used is Zither.
To add to what the previous users have already pointed out, this is straight up a cover of a Slovenian folk song. Ansambel Mihe Dovžana - Srne is the original. And just so things go in a full loop, Miha Dovžan who co-performed the original is playing the zither on this version as well.
