What do you mean? His grammar and vocabulary are okay, and while he has a notable accent it's not that hard to understand (even playing the video at a faster speed)

Agreed, don’t see how you can say it’s “awful”. Have you ever tried giving a scientific presentation in a second language? Language is complex.
