Dhokla is a dish made from rice. This is basically khaman broken up and garnished with chutney and sev.
@@siddharthpanchal718 .. come on yaarm. Everyone knows dhokla is made of besan (gram flour).. and this I think is made from smashed dhokla.. it looks like that

Khaman and Dhokla are different dishes. Khaman is made from besan, and dhokla from rice.
