- "The Comparsa" by Ernesto Lecuona was written in 1934. Ernesto Lecuona composed "The Comparsa" as part of his suite of Cuban dances. He was inspired by the comparsas, which are popular carnival parades in Cuba and other Latin American countries. These comparsas are filled with music, dance, and colorful costumes, and Lecuona captured the energy and festive spirit of these celebrations in his composition. "The Comparsa" is a vibrant and joyful piece that evokes the joy and vitality of the Cuban carnival. So here I have the original version, written for piano.

Holaaa!!! Que biennnn me encanta la comparsa
For some reason this reminds me of Haydn's 45th Symphony first movement, maybe due to the similar Key and the many notes on weaker beats.
