1brymark. had the same problem mate. was advised by a ex employee that its the gearbox problem. He stated its sensitive to oil viscosity. they can sometimes get to thick due to grease in the oil.. he said empty oil, fill either brake cleaner or a good solvent and then refill with a good quality 30SAE oil. should fix it. just bought a AD320.. hopefully dont have that problem

New machine is spot on. A lot better then the older model. Only problem is that the external screw fixtures are all rusting. Would of thought they'd use stainless instead of nickel plated. The AD320 26run is a lovely machine. Maybe it could of had slightly larger seed boxes
