You could order genuine ones on line, there will be plenty of Suzuki dealers that will ship the parts to you, though I guess thus depends where in the World you are? Cheers Andy
Yes for the pads but you'd be better using a heat resistant grease for the sliders - make sure it's okay to be used with rubber. I used to use copper paste on the sliders but it can dry over time & gum them up causing resistance Hope this is of help Cheers Andy
Hey Andy just did new front pads on 2020 kingquad only one caliper is grabbing and won't build pressure at the lever. Bled brakes still no pressure any guesses
Very intricate caliper work almost like Brain Surgery. Thank You Andy
I like the hacksaw on pad. Great tip.
And yet another GREAT video, Andy.
Thanks Jon :-)
I'm a huge anti seize fan but never use it in the ATV. Thought it would attract dirt so never bothered.
Can you give me any advice on where I can get the mounting bolts for the brake calipers

Hi Andy! Can you use copper paste for lubricating brake pads and slide pins?

Is a brake job on a king quad similar to doing brakes on a suzuki 500 quadmaster?...so hard to find any quadmaster videos, thanx.
I order front pads for 2020 kq500 got some for 2013-14 or so Are they the same Probably are
Great video Andy! Thank you for all the videos 😊

Too much piston retraction, did you rebuild the calipers or just push the pistons back in to fit the new pads?
@@AndyMechanic yes
@@AndyMechanic but I can see one side squeeze and grab the rotor not getting anything from the other side
@@AndyMechanic pushed them back in it's a newer quad with low miles
Piston to seal interface likely dry. Pop pistons out, clean, refit & bleed up
andy i will send you a little home made tool take the ad pins and lets you put them in a drill to clean them
That would be super useful, yes please Simon, I have a lot of these to clean up on the RoVs I service. Thank You. Andy
Good 👍 job
😂 I can’t get the two pins loose they’re seized in
Seems like the 5 mm Allen key is too small it just strips them. Any advice on how to get it out I have tried heat
Thank u sir 👍
No need to put lock tite on them just never seize just snug them they don’t gotta be tight
