So for example when I went to eat with a friend, one of the waiters dropped some plates he was taking to clean and a bunch of the place just shouted 'eyyy' or clapped. Same as if you hear a glass smash. Some people might find it embarrassing but it also kinda helps you to just laugh and cheer along if it happens. The joke is that for us, that's just banter and a very culturally normal thing to do. You might even cheer or clap AND help them clean up. But Kpop netizens are insane. If an idol is tired, they'll get cancelled just fo not smiling enough even if their dog just died. So my joke is me waiting for the kpop netizens to cancel dear Alice just for being British lads basically.
