My daughter was in Happy Time Daycare. They let all the kids sit in one room and kids would hit other kids with books and toys. Kids would bite and throw. The staff would do nothing except send out paperwork. So beware, daycare mills are everywhere and yes they even are licensed.
The fact your brain went to eugenics because someone asked where the kids are from that are biting, shows all that is on your mind is racism and you are the problem. There is nothing wrong with asking where are the children from that are biting other kids. Maybe it’s because you won’t like the answer

Yeah, the province didnt just waltz in and shut them down for fun. They obviously had deficiencies that they were warned about and did nothing to correct.
Finally, happy that govt is taking some action, I am tired of seeing so many Daycares who take licensing rules as joke. Also, most of them do not treat their staff well as well.
It’s because of routine inspections that they finally shut the daycare down, the inspectors put the daycare operators on notice to make the needed changes and tue daycare refused and they were shut down.
I and my three children had only positive experiences with both the locations . Infact director waived the fee for two of my children considering my situation. I am sure this daycare would open soon with same management .
im so shocked at these comments. These types of people are the reason these baseless complaints came in and created a biased investigation and now 300 children are out of daycare, missing their teachers and their families are sitting at home worried for their jobs. Have a heart. I'm disgusted.

All the cuts and bruises he would have when I came to get him and the excuse was always, "it's kids just playing it's fine now" he told me the teacher pulled him by his ear and when I brought it to her attention she's said no no we were playing. I had enough when the last 2 weeks when he was no longer excited to go and see his friends and would breakdown every time he seen the new teacher in his class and would scream and beg me not to leave him.
Those complaints were verified and the daycare operators did nothing to fix the problems the government and the mothers were concerned about. Oh by the way racism is not welcome.
